About this house rental
In a quiet and green area 650 m from the beach and 200 m from the forest of Suzac, house with terrace and private plot of 350 m2:
1st floor: dining room, living room, kitchen, WC and 1 bedroom with shower room and WC.
2nd floor: 3 bedrooms each with shower room and WC, 1 games room of 12 m2 that can be used as an extra bedroom.
On the terrace, an electric plancha is at your disposal.
Bed linen and towels can be provided on request: contact us for this service.
The cleaning fee is 200€.
The rental is from Saturday to Saturday.
Our animal friends are accepted under reservation.
Saint-Georges de Didonne, a charming village resort, offers, in addition to its large family beach, its port and its lighthouse, multiple water and sports activities (sand yachting, tree climbing, equestrian centre), cycle paths and coastal paths for beautiful walks.
Close to many visits and excursions:
- Royan (4 km away) with its market, port and casino,
- the Palmyre zoo,
- the Cordouan lighthouse
- the oyster basins of the oysters of Marennes Oléron
- Meschers and Talmont-sur-Gironde, classified among the most beautiful villages in France...

We loved our stay in this property and it excelled in every way. Firstly it was the cleanest accommodation we have ever stayed in and we are frequent (fussy) travellers. Secondly it is very well equipped and very tastefully decorated and furnished.
The outside area at the back of the home gives sun and shade and a range of seating options and the aircon in the bedrooms was very welcome. It is around 7 minutes to walk to the award winning beach and there are also forest walks and it’s less than a mile to the centre of town. The owner is professional and friendly and I would recommend this house without hesitation.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans la villa au calme et proche de la mer à pied. La villa est très bien équipée pour toute une famille ou plusieurs couples d’amis . La communication et l’accueil des propriétaires qui sont plein de petites attentions est au top : gentillesse, amabilité et disponibilités. En somme, que du bonheur pour des vacances à la mer en famille ou entre amis. Merci pour tout.
