About this apartment rental

In a villa featuring distinctive early 20th-century architecture, located at Via A. Canal 5, in a quiet and peaceful residential area in the center of the Lido, a 5-minute walk from the vaporetto station serving all destinations in the Venice Lagoon, and 7 minutes from the beach and the sea. Two fully renovated apartments are available for rent in the villa.
The apartments sleep 4 if all guests are adults. If there are only 2 adults and the rest are children, the apartments can sleep 5 or even 6. They are also equipped with independent boiler heating with radiators for the winter and a separate water heater.
A spacious terrace with a stunning view of the lagoon is perfect for sunbathing and al fresco dining.
One or more cars can be parked in the garden.
Discounts are available for extended stays.
