About this house rental
Hi, I’m Agnese, and this is my cozy, newly renovated studio apartment. It’s located in one of the historic neighborhoods of the Baroque city of Modica, just a short walk from the historic center and away from traffic noise.
I’ll be the one to welcome guests, and I’ll be available throughout your stay to offer advice and information
The studio apartment is located in a charming and quiet neighborhood that’s well-lit in the evening. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the Church of San Pietro and the historic center, where you’ll find a variety of places to enjoy traditional local cuisine—both sweet and savory—or even a good pizza.
The ceiling height in the apartment is not standard, so I do not recommend it for guests taller than 185 cm
