Close to the lake, this family-friendly villa brings it all within reach. With convenient covered onsite parking, you'll be ready to make the 13-minute drive to Leaning Tower or the 26-minute drive to Viareggio Beach.

Spend some time at the nearby beach (enjoy the sun loungers!), relax by the outdoor pool, or sip a drink in the garden of this villa, which also features a deck or patio. For a change of scenery, come inside and try your hand at foosball, or enjoy the WiFi and TV.

As you settle into this 4-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental, you'll find a living room, a sofa bed, a BBQ grill, and a fireplace. Bathroom amenities include a hair dryer, a bidet, and towels. We had a wonderful vacation, and the property contibuted a lot to that.It is perfectly located between Lucca, Pisa and the beaches (like for example Marina Torre beach). A Coop supermarket is in walking distance, and a few restaurants are nearby (I can recommend for example the Ristorante Pizzeria da Mary or the Ristorante Pizzeria Bellavista.The house is in great condition and had everything we needed. The landlord, Licia, was very helpful and friendly, so I can very much recommend this place.

Perfect for two families. Very nice house with everything you need. Great garden to let the dog run and to play with the kids. And a very perfect service for the pool. All in all absolutely recommendable. Thanks to Licia and Fabrizio!!!

We booked this house for a family vacation with a group of 6 adults. The house is clean and well equipped, also in case you want to cook something by yourselves. You can visit Pisa, Lucca and some nice beaches in 15-20 minutes. A supermarket is close (less than 500m) and a small and cheap fruit shop is also nearby. The host and her family are very kind and friendly. She gave us good recommendations for some trips as well as for good restaurants. She and her husband helped us also in case of problems with our car which was a really big help for us. Clear recommendation from us, the whole family enjoyed the stay!
