This historical house was originally built in 1790 by local clergyman’s family and is completely renovated in 2021.

The house is situated in the center of the old citadel of Hydra, on the foothills of mount Eros overlooking the picturesque town of Hydra and the clear blue waters of the Saronic Gulf. The garden and courtyard are common

We were impressed and grateful for assistance that Martha our host was able to provide on our entry and departure of our stay on Hydra. You may never visit an Island like this in your lifetime. I believe this is maybe a "Blue Zone" where living is extended because of way the life. No cars, be prepared to get steps in.

Beautiful historic house in Hydra town with private courtyard and patio, with lovely views of the sea. Quiet, very well maintained, modern insertions in a restored historic building. We are architects and can be pretty picky, but this was wonderful. Excellent communications and support from Martha, overseeing the property and the process. Would love to stay again!
