'Fantastic location, really close to old town, restaurants, cafes, pubs , shops, attractions etc. Beach only 5-10mins walk away. We didn’t use the car the entire trip which was a bonus! Flat was lovely. Clean, tidy and all amenities we needed.'
Great location and great hosts, Ade and Lee-Ann were both very responsive to any messages during our stay. The apartment was decorated beautifully and was great for the week. Thank you!

This property is self check-in however

Located on the historical Trinity Square, the flat is close to many of the amazing eateries, the beautiful sandy beach, and the fun and quirky bars and micro pubs. It’s also perfectly placed if you are looking to visit the ever-popular Turner Contemporary.

Prior to arrival, guests will be issued with full check in instructions.
To access the flat, guests are required to walk up three small flights of stairs and unfortunately there is not elevator in the building therefore we would not recommend this property for anyone who would struggle with stairs or who requires wheelchair access.

Located on the 3rd floor, No 4 boasts a modern, open spaced kitchen/living area, a large double bedroom, utility room and a separate bathroom which homes a shower and toilet.

The Living room has a Smart TV with Netflix which is free for the guests to use and free access to a super-fast Wi-Fi connection.

The open planned Kitchen/Living room houses a hob and oven, a fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and a coffee machine. There is also a stylish breakfast bar which is fantastic for casual dining or to use as a workspace.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need for your stay-ideal for when you fancy a night in.

The bedroom homes a king size bed, a desk which is suitable for anyone looking for workspace and hanging space for your clothes.

The Flat also has a separate utility room which has a washer/dryer which guests have full access to-ideal to wash your beach clothes after a long day at the beach.

The flat is accessed via a communal door entrance and 3 out of the 5 flats in the building have permanent residents. We ask our guests to respect this and keep noise to a minimum when entering and leaving the building.
