Boutique Central Margate Apt. - edge of Old Town!

The flat itself was clean and pleasant, location good.

The approach, manky bins by front door, letterbox hanging off, entrance hallway feels like your entering a squat, stairs up to flat random , hard to believe it passed building regs.

Location was good for us. Walking distance to all amenities and excellent restaurants

The apartment itself was very comfortable however the stairs to the rooms is very narrow

Beautiful light airy flat, tastefully decorated , comfortable and well located for the seafront and centre

The hot water pressure was awful and trickled out of the tap.

Beautifully furnished flat with most mod cons you could need (see below for one key exception). Easy walking distance to the old town and on a pretty quiet/low traffic road.

The flat was really hard to ventilate to a comfortable temperature on sunny days, even with all the windows open, and the heat lingered overnight. When we were told fans weren’t available we were left with the choice of an uncomfortably hot night, or a very slightly cooler night with the bedroom windows open and being woken up at the crack of dawn by VERY noisy flocks of local seagulls. Fans in all the rooms would have been such a simple facility for guest comfort and would probably have pushed this up to a ‘9’ for me. Also note the communal areas in the rest of the building itself weren’t particularly salubrious.
