Boutique Central Margate Apt. - edge of Old Town!

The location of the property to the supermarket, beach, caves, shell grotto and other attractions was really good. The bed were comfortable also.

I wouldn't say this is a long term stay place. The apartment is on a hill and a narrow street, so parking is difficult and I got a scratch on my car from a passing car (only saw it as we left so didn't see who did it). The plumbing in the apartment is very noisy and needs to be looked at. The hot water (when you put it on from the tank) in the kitchen dribbles out of the tap so washing up is difficult. We stayed during the hot weather and whilst the fans were a lovely touch, the air never circulated, even with all the windows open, so the main way to stay cool was to sit in front of the fan when in the apartment. A few more amenities would have been nice also - spare toilet paper, a kitchen roll, scissors, spare tea towel and sponge, airer (this was broken). A shelf and hooks in the bathroom would also be better. The stairs to the apartment are VERY narrow so difficult to navigate with large items.

The flat itself was clean and pleasant, location good.

The approach, manky bins by front door, letterbox hanging off, entrance hallway feels like your entering a squat, stairs up to flat random , hard to believe it passed building regs.

Location was good for us. Walking distance to all amenities and excellent restaurants

The apartment itself was very comfortable however the stairs to the rooms is very narrow

Beautiful light airy flat, tastefully decorated , comfortable and well located for the seafront and centre

The hot water pressure was awful and trickled out of the tap.
