Excellent

We like the best view, location and hospitality. The very nice beach is almost completely near the Marianna Sea View Afitos resort, but car access is impossible, which is a great pity. But there are the two excellent beaches in the very neighborhood - in Afitos and Kalithea. In one word - we highly recommended.

Accommodation within walking distance of the beach and with a dream view of the sea

The absolute highlight is the terrace with a view of the sea. We enjoyed it as often as possible. The area is quiet, yet you are only ten minutes away from the centre of Afytos with all its restaurants. Marianna was very helpful. The beach is just a 5-minute walk down a path. So everything is within walking distance.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to cook properly because there is only one hob. At the end of September, the wasps spoiled our breakfast somewhat.

Amazing view and lovely hosts

The view is great and some evenings we could hear the sea from the balcony. Mariana and Dimitris are amazing hosts and really nice people in generally. The place is beyond clean and welcoming. The garden is beautiful and altogether the vibe is warm and welcoming. Whatever you need, they are there, always smiling and willing to help. The attention to detail, the aesthetics and the amount of effort they put in is impressive. The location is very quiet, but also a short walk to Afytos center - about 5 minutes away by foot

Great stay at Marianna's. Amazing view

If you like a quiet area, close to the sea, amazing sea view, comfortable and extra clean, then this location is for you. We loved the quality of the service Marianna and Dimitris provided, together with the friendly nature and the good information about the local facilites they gave us. Marianna cleaned our room, changed the towels several times and emptied the trash cans every day. The coffee is delicious. The sea view and the sunrise are esquisite. The beach is 5 minutes down the hill (a bit more when you come up) but not too exhausting. The rustic village with tavernas, live music and night shops is a few minutes away from the location, so you do not need to face the crowded place by car. Lidl is 6-7 minutes away by car. The building is pretty and the garden is also well taken care of. You park your car under olive trees, somehow protected from the heat of the day. We definitely recommend the location and will certainly come again.

I like everything about the property and hosts! I have been dreaming this vacation for few years and finally found house that has view, peace and yard that I wanted to have on vacation. I’m definitely coming again and recommend this property. :)))

Exceptional

Everything was great. You have a beach just bellow the house and the center is like 5-10 minutes of walk. The view from the room was great and was looking at the sea. It was really clean and comfy and big plus for the bed it was really comfy. All in all it is great value for the money

The whole property is very beautiful and gives a sense of calmness. The view is amazing and the surroundings are green and sea:) The room itself was comfy and well equipped with everything we needed.

Relaxing, authentic, unforgettable

If I would ever choose a place to stay in Kassandra that would always be Marianna Sea View. Tucked on a hill surrounded by a beautiful garden, the house and its environment reflect the local charm of the area and its authenticity. The balcony offers the most amazing view! One can enjoy the most relaxing vacation without even leaving the house. Only 10 minutes of walk away is the ancient and elegant village of Afytos. If one wants to spend a relaxing vacation and get the feeling of the local authenticity, Marianna Sea View is the right place to be. We are thankful to the hosts for this beautiful experience.

A wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Firstly, we enjoyed the homely feel of the villa which is located in a beautiful spot with a lovely garden. The room we stayed was nicely decorated with a large balcony. The beach was a very short walk away.

Wonderful stay! :)

We had a wonderful stay at this studio. It had everything we needed for a few days stay. Everything was very clean and new. Quality equipment and cozy furnishings. The large terrace with a great sea view. Large and well maintained yard. Gorgeous details on the building and stairs. Convenient parking. The photos in the description are absolutely correct. Awesome place and the accommodation was perfect

The place is very beautiful, near the village and the beach. Stunning sea views. The hosts are very welcoming and tentative. I recommend this aparthotel to everyone. The room was clean and had a nice terrace. We enjoyed the short walks to the beach and Afitos.

A good experience

The house and garden were beautiful, the view to the sea from the balcony was really nice. Marianna and her husband were very nice and welcoming. You can easily walk to the village center and also to the beach. On the way back from the beach there is a hill but you’re up in 5 min. Also, the beach is a little bit rocky but it was ok even without special shoes. Overall we loved it!

The place for your vacation :))

Dimitri and Marianna are so nice! Believe me they are the best hosts we’ve ever had. Place is very clean, comfy and no more than 5 min by feet to the beach. Balcony view is stunning and you can stay starring at the sea for hours in the afternoon. Nespresso capsules for the coffee machine are available as well. We were given with house planted vegetables from their garden and the taste was wow :)) Highly recommend this place
