Not worth it.

Central hotel in the heart of Tehuacán with free parking. Good breakfast, attentive personnel.

Very noisy hotel. People talking in the hallways till deep in the night or early morning. You can hear everything! Also loud humming noise from airco’s the whole night. The bed was very hard. Furniture has seen better times. Amenities (soap) low quality.

Nice hotel in a friendly town

Well located in the centre of town. Other than the male receptionist, who was rather officious at check in, all the staff were lovely. Nice big room, in which everything worked well. The breakfast (not included) was very good, although if you accept the offer of a second coffee you will be charged for it!

No outdoor space to sit and relax, but not a major issue.

Good location with private parking

Staff were very friendly and helpful. When we were there I don’t think they had many guests and were eager to serve. The showers were good and WiFi worked well. They have their own parking underneath the hotel.

The restaurant lacks ambience and is not really inviting, but that’s not a big problem add there are many others close by.

Location good/people very helpful

Elevator was not working so we had to sclepp our luggage up 3 flights of stairs. There was a porter who we paid to help us. Very nice and helpful man. We do not eat breakfast. So a free breakfast has no value for us and is likely included in the room price. There were only two pillows for a king bed. So had to request more.

Central Tehuacan

Staff was amazing. Location is perfect for a stroll on the main plaza. I wanted parking place and a tub after driving for 7 hours and it was a very nice one. They gave me extra bubbles.

Bed was a little hard and some lights were always on, the off switch didn't work.

Ok, but could have been better.

Better than many hotels in Mexico, clean and quiet at night. The staff was nice. I thought their prices for massages and manicures were reasonable, though I did not partake myself.

Not sure why they couldn't have given me a better room since the place was almost empty besides me, especially with a view of the mountains and town, but mine was the only one without a balcony and the window only opened part way into the inner courtyard on a second floor, which is better than many, but they could have done better. Maybe they were worried about theft and/or drunken Americans falling off the balcony, I don't know. Apparently more US tourists die from falling off of balconies than any other reason while vacationing in Mexico. The floor had gaps in the fake wood flooring that was not in good condition, and spots of paint were peeling off the walls- perhaps from a previous tenant taping pictures up. Although the sheets were clean and one pillow didn't smell, but the other did and the outer blankets weren't washed they smelled a bit too and had hairs that weren't mine in them - typical for any hotel even in the US, but I thought they should be washed because of the COVID crisis. After Saturday night when there was some othe people in the hotel besides me, I came back to the room and the bathroom smelled like a sewer- and it wasn't my poop that was stinking! I ran the shower for a while and the smell went away, but that's just not good for the price and ratings of this hotel. I never did find put where the sauna was and only found the exercise room and what a wonderful view they have by pushing the wrong button the elevator that had the number worn off.

Muy mal el estacionamiento, todos los carros amontonados, lo que genera que sea muy complicado estacionarte y más si llevas camioneta, debe haber alguien que coordine eso, no estuve nada a gusto pensando que le iban a pegar a mi camioneta, les comente a los de recepción pero solo se justificaron diciendo que hay cámaras y que con eso pueden checar pero no sé cómo si ni siquiera te piden tus placas, la verdad difícilmente me volvería a hospedar aquí, para mí el estacionamiento es un punto muy importante
