The little kitchen for use by guests is good.

The room was not pleasant - very basic, not at all like the pictures. There was a window facing the passage, right in front of the bed, so when the curtains where drawn everyone walking by looks straight in on the bed. The curtains were thin and there was light in the hall all light, so the room was bright all night. There was also a crack under the door at least 6 cms wide, big enough that a cat would have been able to crawl under - and of course even more light entered there. Worst however was that while I was out the room was fumigated without my knowledge and with my things inside. They said it was for mosquitoes, which makes no sense since mosquitoes do not breed indoors - so I assume it must have been some other pest they didn't want me to know about. It is quite some distance from the town center, and there isn't really anything in the area.

very close to the centro, there was a gentleman at the front desk was very nice the lady not so much. they accommodated my dad very well when I booked for him.

during the day there was no parking close to the hotel. parked 4 blocks away. my dads first night stay there was no hot water.

I didn't like this place

The rooms do not have hot water, the wifi connection is poor and slow, the room was not very clean, the bathroom does not have enough toiletries, there is no AC - the fan provided is not enough for the room, there are no window protections for the mosquitos, there is humidity in the bath and the TV does not have cable. The photos shown at the main page don't show the reality of the place.

Acceptable bare bones hotel. Looks nicer in the inside but still bare bones no frills

I liked the location Comfy bed. There is a nice kitchen with stoves sinks microwave and tiny coffee maker but an restaurant would have been nicer.

No restaurant, no hot water first day until I asked at least 3 times and finally got hot water at 9.30 at night (which means I felt dirty going out to eat dinner unbathed.) There was a nice fan in the room but nowhere to plug it in… Soundproofing could be better

The room was big and the bed was really comfortable. it was very cold in the room, but we had a big blanket so it was ok. the kitchen was very clean and good to cook. they had also free filtered water.

Buena ubicación y calle tranquila. Al llegar fue muy rápido la atención.

No es un hotel de 4 estrellas, las habitaciones están bastante austeras y sencillas. El baño deja mucho que desear, y te cobran extra si llegan a encontrar algún imperfecto durante tu estancia. No volvería a hospedarme ahí.

No se puede dormir hay mucho ruido durante la noche, es imposible descansar. Tienen una mala coordinación con el personal. Las habitaciones y el baño son muy pequeños está súper incómodo .

Es un lugar limpio.

Difícil ubicarlo porque no hay un letrero para identificarlo. No hay estacionamiento y cuando llevas varias maletas es un problema descender de tu vehículo. Debes dejarlo en la calle alejado del hospedaje, lo cual no te deja dormir pensando si algo le puede pasa a tu auto. La habitación tiene ventanas que permiten el paso de luz de los pasillos y no hay oscuridad plena y para los que no pueden dormir con iluminación es otro problema. En la habitación no hay una mesa o una silla para sentarte. El personal debe tener capacitación de servicio al cliente. Tampoco te ofrecen agua embotellada pra beber. No vale el precio que te cobran. No es 4 estrellas como se promociona.

No tiene estacionamiento pero tampoco te dan opciones el personal tiene pésima actitud reserve 2 habitaciones de las cuales una ya no se ocupo en ese mismo momento se opto por buscar otro hotel y pagar doble, no tiene clima el baño estaba un poco sucio y las sabanas también
