Good base for exploring the historic centre of Orizaba. Fine for one night but no more

Great Value for a one night stay

The location is excellent and walkable to the central area of Orizaba. Plenty of hot water to shower at the end of a long ride or walk around town.

The stairs. If you are challenged by stairs you will want to think twice about booking a stay here. We had to haul everything from our motorcycles from the parking garage up two flights just to reception and then another flight to our room. Also, to get into the bathroom in the room you had to step up onto a wood platform and then another big step onto the bathroom platform. Very challenging in the middle of the night bathroom visits.

Great choice for your stay in Orizaba

It was very clean and nicely furnished. Great wifi connection and hot water The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Great location. Just blocks from the bus station and easy to find plus an easy walk to the center and most of the sights. I really appreciated the filter water. The manager is super nice and allowed me to have a late check out because my bus did not leave until later in the afternoon.

My first room faced the street and it was very loud with noise from the traffic, but the next day they let me move into a more quiet room.

Excellent place to stay In Orizaba

The host did an excellent job of telling us about restaurants and shops and things to do in the area. He helped us with our bags and brought us water and answered all our questions. The room was clean with lots of storage and bathroom very modern.

Bathroom was too small and poorly lit. The shower stall was very dark even with the bathroom light on. The entrance stairs were narrow and twisting, making it difficult to carry luggage inside. There was a chemical smelling deodorant spray on the sheets. Not enough plug-ins.

Location was great and many restaurants and cafes to choose from. Front desk was friendly and efficient. The Suite felt secure. The price was excellent.

Clean, modern, convenient, safe, and affordable

Lovely little hotel right on the main street and convenient to everything. Very secure with multiple codes to get in the parking area below the hotel, main door, the lobby door, and one’s room. (They are sent via WhatsApp before one arrives… or at time of arrival, in my case) The super kind front desk worker was very helpful, bringing me an extra blanket and a pitcher of purified water. The room was super comfy and nicely decorated in green. Since I asked for an inside room off the street, it didn’t have any exterior windows but looked on to a little inside garden.

The bathroom was a bit dark… but that might have been a factor of the dark green walls. No big deal

A nice hotel well located: a couple minutes walk fro ADO bus station and some 5-7 minutes walk to Palacio de Hierro. The area is safe. I had an an interior room and it was very quiet, I didn't hear any noise from te street. I liked friendly and helpful.. staff. My room was nice and clean, TV, AC, wi-fi worked well, I had no problem with water or light.

The only thing to mention is that the bed was not very comfortable for me and sheets looked 'tired' or not washed well though pillow cases looked good. The rest was fine.
