Simple, clean, but probably no working wifi

Located near the river (which runs through half the city) Parking on-site, though, if many guests have cars, I don't know how they'd manage it as the space is limited. Simple but clean room with somewhere to set bag, window, chair and hot water. Staff was friendly which led us to stay a 2nd night. Wifi really doesn't work in most of the hotel, including 3rd floor room, but there is wifi in the reception (though, most won't want to sit in reception to have internet)

The wifi. Tried on 4 different devices in all areas of room, hallway and the conclusion is that the network is outdated and the hardware needs an upgrade. On floor 3, the wifi essentially didn't work - could connect but then wouldn't provide internet or actually work. We notified staff. Decided to stay a 2nd night, changing rooms. On floor 1, wifi worked ok, though, it was much louder with guests passing by. February, it was cold, and only a thin blanket in room. On 2nd night, we asked for another blanket and so the 2nd night was fine.

Superb

This location is right on the river zoo and is exactly where we wanted to stay. We enjoyed walking along the river, seeing the animals and birds in thei unique zoo setting. The building is older but the location makes it very popular. I'm done OK there and I'm gonna finish here.

Fantastic.

Great location. Loved being close to the river, lovely river walk with numerous bridges. Enjoyed seeing the free zoo. The animals looked well taken care of. Easy walk also to the cablecar along the river. Nothing to complain about our stay at the hotel.

Just fair.

The architecture from the outside looks very nice, The sound of the river is pleasant, and it is well located near the AU bus station. The restaurant was cool. Good food and reasonable price by far.

The service. The booking was for 2 people and the room didn't have enough towels nor items like soap, shampoo. The shower is too old, so not enough water pressure. The remote didn't work, had to ask for a replacement. Not sure, but at some point it was stated that paying by credit card would attract an extra % fee, which according to CONDUSEF, as far as I know, it is not legal.

Superb

The location is excellent for the river walk to the cable car, and the town centre. The beds are really comfy and room was clean. There is Free parking too and freindy staff. A great budget hotel in a safe and convenient area.

Its noisey because there are zoo animals right next to hotel on the river. I didn't mind this really but it will annoy some people when trying to sleep. I recommend using earplugs then its no problem.

Muy confortable y segura mi estancia, lo recomiendo!

Es un hotel antiguo, pero sus habitaciones limpias, servicio de camarista excelente, no tienen elevador para personas con poca movilidad o adulto mayor pero la atención fue muy buena nos ofrecieron las habitaciones de abajo para no subir escaleras, la ubicación muy céntrica muy cerquita del palacio de hierro y mercados, a unos paso de la central AU y del río .

Que no tengan restaurante, elevador, tampoco teléfono en la habitación para cualquier duda había que ir hasta la recepción!

Würde ich sofort wieder buchen

Sehr zentral gelegen. AU Busterminal ist auf der anderen Flußseite. Paseo del Rio ist ebenfalls nebenan. Nachts hört man sogar teilweise die Tiere. Personal ist sehr nett. Zimmer ist groß und die Betten sind bequem. Es gibt eine tägliche Reinigung und in der Dusche gibt es richtig heißes Wasser. Außerdem ist das sehr gute Vintage Kaffee im gleichen Gebäude. Zentrum ist ebenfalls nur ein paar Blocks entfernt.

Hotel liegt an einer Hauptstraße und dementsprechend ist es lauter. Im Badezimmer riecht der Abfluss nach dem Duschen. Nach der Reinigung am nächsten Tag ist der Geruch zwar weg aber nach erneuten Duschen ist er wieder da.

El olor a caño/coladera del baño, se hizo inaguantable, sobretodo al cerrar las ventanas por el frío exterior.

Recepcionista turno matutino domingo 7 de dic.es muy poco amable, ni siquiera te mira, comenzó a atender a una mujer que llegó solo a hacer una pregunta y no era huésped y a mí me ignoró cuánto necesitaba información , como ni me miro ni se dió cuenta y ime despidió diciendo "es todo" y continuo atendiendo a la otra persona, me quedé de pie y se lo dije "necesitaba su ayuda pero veo que está ocupada", el sentido de prisa que tiene afecta su trabajo y siu trato con las personas, quizás las condiciones de trabajo deban mejorar.
