WOW, great Hotel

This charming hotel is a true gem, ideally located for exploring the heart of Tehuacán. The property is beautifully maintained, with a serene inner courtyard that invites relaxation and a restaurant that offers both great food and a pleasant atmosphere. The staff were exceptional—professional, welcoming, and clearly committed to outstanding hospitality. I would absolutely stay here again.

Be sure to request a room that is not next to the main street. While those rooms have sealed windows and balconies, noise from the street and sidewalk still carries into the room. Also, the hotel offers secure private parking for guests, which is a great feature—but I wasn’t aware of it in advance. There’s no designated spot to unload luggage out front, so knowing about the private lot beforehand would’ve made arrival much smoother.

There was no sign at the entrance of the hotel parking lot indicating it belonged to the hotel, so it was a bit confusing to find it since there are many other parking lots on the same street.

Terrible. Dont stay here.

We had a terrible experience at this property. Our room was on the ground floor, with the courtyard directly outside. To our surprise, there is a massive party which takes place every weekend on the courtyard. It was incredibly noisy and the noise went on until gone midnight. We were totally unable to enjoy our room/ stay. We couldn’t even watch the tv due to the noise. The ground floor rooms should not be sold on the weekend. Also a few other things, like our bathroom door broke and no working batteries in the remote. Overall a terrible stay and I wouldn’t recommend it at all.

La comodidad de la cama, lo colonial de la construcción, la ubicación.

Tiene una muy bonita alberca, de las mejores de Tehuacán, sin embargo es imposible meterse de tan fría el agua, deberían de invertir en la climatización, por lo menos en otoño-invierno

Aunque las ventanas tienen doble vidrio, entra el ruido de la calle transitada y de los vendedores. Difícil descansar después de las 6 am si tienes sueño ligero. Sugiero pedir habitacion interior

Hotel excelente en el centro

El hotel es amplio y muy bien ubicado. Ofrece un estacionamiento junto al hotel que siempre es una ventaja. La personas muy amables y todo esta limpio y en buenas condiciones.

Lo unico no perfecto es que la mayoria de las habitaciones van hacia la calle y es algo ruidoso, especialmente si se quiere dormir con ventanas abiertas es muy ruidoso por el trafico.

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage

sehr zentral gelegen , grosszügige Anlage , tolle Zimmer , schöner Poolbereich. Frühstück ( war im Zimmerpreis inkludiert ) einfach aber gut. sehr gutes P/L Verhältnis und sehr nettes Service-Personal.

Leider sprach das Personal an der Rezeption wenig Englisch , wäre für ausländische Touristen hilfreich, aber es ging auch so. Parkplatz beim ersten Mal schwer zu finden , hier sollte das Hotel eine bessere Wegbeschreibung liefern , damit man im Berufsverkehr nicht unnötig suchen muss.

el desayuno excelente solo pediria que fuera mas temprano a partir de las 6 am o 6:30 am muchos tenemos que salir a trabajar antes de las 8 am y desayunar a partir de las 7 am queda muy cerrado algunos vi que pedian para llevar por la misma situacion del tiempo

Sehr schönes Hotel mitten im Zentrum

Tolle Lage, tolles und liebevoll gestaltetes Hotel mit hübschem Innenhof und tollem Design. Schöne Poollandschaft, wenn auch etwas frisch :) Personal sehr höflich und zuvorkommend.

Böden etwas staubig und die Zimmer zur Straße sind recht früh schon mit Verkehrslärm. Wenn möglich also zur Innenseite buchen.

No respetaro la tarifa de la aplicación. La gerente en turno de muy mala manera no aceptó que un menor de 14 años la tarifa de la plataforma , textualmente dijo “nosotros no aceptamos esa tarifa “ tuve que pagar una diferencia de 618 pesos . No me molesta el precio sino la actitud del hotel . Si ellos tienen sus tarifas por qué se promocionan en la plataforma? Sería justo que ustedes me realizaran la devolución. No dudo mucho pero eso sería lo justo

PESIMO. ya ni en un motel.

cuando llegamos al check in, la joven de la recepción cero atenta, todas sus respuestas negativas y no me quería dar los pases del desayuno, de muy mal carácter, tuvimos que pedir hablar con su superior porque la de recepción no nos resolvía. nos dijo que su jefe no estaba y ni su nombre nos quiso dar por lo menos. 11:30 am. del otro día nos desactivaron las tarjetas de la habitación, cuando el check out es a las 12. y no podíamos pasar a la habitación para recoger las maletas. Muy desagradable la relación SERVICIO-CLIENTE. YA NI EN UN MOTEL te tratan como nos trataron.

Desayuno Muy pobre y tienen instrucciones ( así nos aclararon ) de dar una miga más del servicio autorizado, por ejemplo pan o café o jugo , nos sirvieron FRIO aunque el hotel estaba casi vacío, dicen que por el cambio hay una gran falta de personal, o sea una calamidad, Por supuesto no comimos ni cenamos en el hotel.

Hermoso jardín y buen desayuno

Excelente opción para hospedarse, las habitaciones son amplias y cómodas al igual que la cama, la ubicación es muy buena, tiene un hermoso jardín y en medio queda el restaurante lo cual hace muy placentero el desayuno que por cierto también es muy bueno, todo el personal es muy amable definitivamente regresamos.

Tip solicita habitación que de hacia la alberca, son más silenciosas
