We had a wonderful vacation in BV. The house was spacious and clean with all the amenities you need. We also recommend Browns Canyon Rafting if you're going WW Rafting.

The family immediately started talking about booking this place for our next get together. Well equipped kitchen to cook meals for eight. Each couple was happy to have their own room with a king sized bed.

A group of friends and I spent the weekend at this beautiful home. We really enjoyed the stay and felt it was a great space for all of us. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a stunning view of the mountains. My only complaint is it was somewhat difficult to get ahold of the host as it was done through a property management company. It was fine in the end and we had no issues but that was a small inconvenience. Otherwise, I think this place is amazing and worth the stay!!

This house was extremely clean. It is in a great neighborhood a short distance to the town of Buena Vista (mere minutes). We saw deer each day and it was private and quiet. Beautiful. There were just a couple of issues/concerns. We want to point out to others there is NO air conditioning in this home. The listing doesn't say there is A/C, however, it would be nice if they pointed that out in the listing so folks could plan. We found two box fans but when we arrived at 4 PM, the blinds were wide open (allowing the blaring sun inside) and the main floor was 87 degrees and the bedrooms on the second floor were 92 degrees. This was unbearable, as it takes until at least 10 PM for things to begin to cool down on a hot day. With a 3 year old with us, that was really awful. In addition, the deck needs some attention. If you have young children with you, be aware there are broken parts and "spaces" in several areas which our 3 year old got her shoes caught in, making it unsafe. It could use some paint and general repair as well. However the inside of the home is in great shape. Comfortable, and as we said, very clean. We would stay at this property again, but not in the warm weather.
