About this house rental
The ocean air hits you the moment you arrive. Salt Therapy South is a three-level, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath beach house perched steps from North Vilano Beach, with the sand just a short stroll across A1A and the culture of historic St. Augustine only minutes away.
Living space
Light-filled and open, the main living area is built for gathering - smart TVs, a dining table that fits the whole group, and a full kitchen stocked with cooking basics and barbecue utensils for meals in or out. A dedicated workspace and high-speed Wi-Fi keep you connected when needed.
Sleeping arrangements
Three bedrooms sleep up to 6 guests across 3 beds, with 2.5 bathrooms including a bathtub. An in-home elevator makes moving between all three levels easy for everyone.
Outdoor & pool
Although unheated, the community pool is yours to enjoy surrounded by palms and fresh ocean air (no hot tub). Fire up the BBQ on the patio or balcony after a beach day - beach towels and chairs are provided. Pool is shared with the North house
Garage & parking
The garage fits a boat or jet ski, and free on-premises parking accommodates up to 3 vehicles - ideal if you're arriving with watercraft for the nearby Intracoastal.
Location
Beach access is right across A1A. St. Augustine's restaurants, old town charm, and the Nation's Oldest City attractions are all just a short drive away.

-Upon booking, you will receive a Rental Agreement via email. Please sign and return the Rental Agreement along with a copy of a government-issued ID that matches the reservation details and person renting. These items are required to complete your reservation and to allow access onto the property.
-Pet Disclaimer: Properties listed as "Pet Friendly", Only Accept Dog(s), 2 maximum (where allowed), subject to breed and weight restrictions. Pre-Approval is required along with separate pet fees collected after you book. Pet Fees are $75 per night, not to exceed $750, plus taxes. Pet fees are per dog. This place was a last minute find for bike week. We did enjoy our stay but a little far for going back fourth to Daytona, but our fault for deciding on our trip last minute. The Pros : the large garage space ( truck, trailer, & bikes with room to spare), large rooms, clean, elevator for those who might need to use it, easy walk to beach. Cons: AC unit issues (they ask not to set AC below 72 deg. Which is where we set them, got back from ride and it was 78 deg on 3rd level), they ask you to leave the windows closed but with the AC issue opening the window would’ve been nice, No direct entry to pool area from the south unit (we didn’t have a need on this trip but what I could see you would have to go down the 26 steps into the garage, out the garage door to access a coded door then enter the pool area, just thinking if you have little kids this could be an inconvenience )Looked like the North unit has direct access to the pool area. Last would be A1A can be somewhat noisy. All said and done I our stay was good and would give 4 out of 5 rating.

Upon arrival the staff was very helpful in dealing with issues. I did feel that I was misled into thinking that the pool included a heated Therapy hot tub as the pictures and wording indicated. The Pool also is not easily accessible from this unit. I would recommend only with reservations.
