When you step inside this home you will feel as if you have been transported back to a simpler time of easy, carefree, beach living in this remodeled home. This home provides the ultimate base camp for your beach adventures or just relaxing as you enjoy the views of the Atlantic Ocean. It is designed with seamless indoor/outdoor living in mind, allowing guests to make the most of their time on vacation. The attention to detail in this property is exceptional, ensuring that guests have a comfortable and luxurious experience throughout their stay.As you enter the main house, the first thing you notice is the beautiful pine floors, ceiling and walls. This adds to the charm of this home. You have two separate living areas, a formal dining room and a large fully equipped galley kitchen. In addition, this home offers a two-car garage, outdoor shower and laundry room for your use.This home offers four bedrooms, a loft, four bathrooms and sleeps 12. Bedrooms are located on the split-level second floor. The primary bedroom is a spacious room which has a king bed, full bath and a huge walk-in closet. The second bedroom offers a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twin beds. These bedrooms share a hallway bath. Open the French doors to the Juliet balcony, which are in several bedrooms, to allow the ocean breeze to flow through the room as your day comes to an end.The loft area boasts a spectacular view of the ocean. You also have a deck to sit and unwind at the end of the day as you watch the waves come ashore. This area offers two sets of bunk beds. Bottoms are full size, and tops are twins. A separate primary suite with full bath is located above the detached garage which can be entered through the covered breezeway. Step outside to overlook the manicured grounds and the sweeping water views that grace this home. Enjoy a meal as you dine by the ocean in the outdoor seating area. The spacious grounds offer room for entertaining guests or a family friendly game of ball.This spectacular beachfront oasis brings a refined coastal elegance in a premier location. The home is very close driving distance to many restaurants, Mayo Clinic, and boutique shopping. Historic St. Augustine is a 20-minute commute. The stay was wonderful. An AC problem was fixed promptly. Well appointed home which we would stay at again. There is a roof leak in the back family room near the fire place. We reported it to property manager, but it leaked all week with each rain.

Great beach house. Our family of nine loved our visit. Couldn’t be a better beach location. Very few people on the the beach near the house only those out for a walk. The house was wonderful offering everything we needed. Highly recommend and hope to visit again soon.

This property was the perfect location for the two families we vacations with for our kids spring break. It was in a great stretch of beach near the Ponte Vedra country club. Not that many people out there on the beach ever. Super relaxing. The house is a new rental and has pretty much everything you need. Could use a few more things in the kitchen but I’m sure that will come as they have this a little longer. The outdoor shower was great. The detached master over the garage was a nice separation. The kids rooms were set up great. The kids loved it. Bring your Netflix or YouTube TV password with you just in case. Most TVs connected automatically which was great. A couple we had to login to our own accounts. We ventured out to Jacksonville and Neptune Beach. Had a few nice meals out. Checked out a fish camp restaurant on the intercoastal for dinner one night. It was a great place to stay and a nice house to stay in. We would definitely come again.
