Sleeping arrangements for each side of the duplex include one guest bedroom on the first floor with en suite bathroom, guest bedroom on the 3rd floor with en suite bathroom and the primary bedroom on the 3rd floor with views of the ocean and en suite bathroom. The spacious living area and kitchen are on the second floor.

You will have access to both sides of the duplex.

Each side has separate entrances, and you cannot access one side from the other.

Please note that before your booking begins, you will need to verify your
details through Know Your Guest.
You will also be given the choice between paying a refundable deposit or
buying a non-refundable damage waiver. We suggest you buy the damage
waiver as this protects you in case you cause accidental damage during a
booking.

🐾 Pet Policy:
One dog under 50 lbs allowed with a $175 non-refundable fee. Pets must not be left alone unless kenneled, and are not allowed on furniture. Guests must clean up the yard during their stay. Additional cleaning or damage fees may apply.

Refund Policy
All refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3.9% processing fee (per Stripe’s policy).
Parties are NOT allowed in this house! Anyone violating this rule will be asked to leave the house IMMEDIATELY.

Loud noise is prohibited after 10:00pm and before 9:00am per City Ordinance enforced by the local authorities. Failure to adhere to city ordinances will result in immediate eviction.
