• For the comfort and safety of all guests, aggressive or unsocialized dogs are not permitted
💦Pool Heating: Pool heating to 85° is available September 15 – May 15 with 72 hours’ notice, with a daily heating fee. Heaters may not reach the desired temperature if the lows fall below 45° (which is rare).
📝 Cancellation Details: In the event of a cancellation, a 3% processing fee will be applied to cover credit card transaction costs

This amazing home is even better than advertised. It's only a 7 minute leisurely walk to the beach.
The golf simulator was a big hit with the golfers in our family.
It is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Every room in the house was just perfect.

We had a group of 8 women staying at the house for a birthday celebration. This house was perfect for us! The pool, the hot tub, and the putting green. We also loved the fact that it is all on one floor. We had easy access to the beach and it is in a nice neighborhood with plenty of parking for 4 cars. We had one small issue with the hot tub but it was resolved promptly. When we leave a rental I always try to send a list of maintenance issues just so they are aware and I had nothing to report on this rental! Kitchen was well stocked also. I would definitely recommend this rental

The house was immaculate and had everything we needed for a fabulous weekend with our grown daughters and some of our life long friends. We had some beach time, lots of pool/spa time, golf simulator time and then a fabulous round at Sawgrass. The house accommodated two small children, a small dog and plenty of overworked professionals. Everyone had a fabulous time! The running joke over the weekend was that every item in the house seemed to be brand new! Very responsive team at Welcome Home, even late into the evening when there was user error on the golf simulator. Another trip is already in the works.

This place is absolutely amazing! It has everything you need to enjoy your vacation! Just bring your clothes and a toothbrush. It’s so comfortable and cozy that you will forget about where you live and not want to leave. We almost went to the post office and changed our address. So be careful and enjoy!
