Welcome to the COCO Villa! This updated coastal home is spacious and ideal for large groups, accommodating up to 16 guests comfortably. Enjoy the stunning outdoor oasis featuring a new heated pool, putting green, lounge chairs, cornhole, outdoor dining area with grill, and an outdoor shower.
Guests love the game room, equipped with a pool table, shuffleboard, and foosball, complemented by a beautiful mural perfect for memorable photos. Entertainment options abound with board games, kids' books, and an Xbox game console available.
The fully stocked gourmet kitchen includes a Keurig, blender, hot water kettle, and all essentials for your convenience.
We provide beach essentials such as towels, 8 chairs, 2 umbrellas, a beach cart, and a rolling cooler.
A local favorite spots manual is also provided for your exploration!

15 min drive to Mayo Clinic.
30 mins drive to historical town St Augustine.

There is a Whole Foods .8 miles away. There are also many restaurants, stores, and nail salons in the area. If you would like to rent bikes (our favorite way to get around) or surfboards, you can call Beach Life rentals. They will bring them right to you!
We also have a free service at the beach called Beach Buggy. An app where they will pick you up and take you anywhere at the beach for any tip! It's a very convenient way to get around the beaches!

Things to know!
- Please note that if the propane tank for the grill is empty during your stay, it's the guest's responsibility to refill it. We recommend checking the tank upon arrival to plan accordingly. We are happy to reimburse one propane refill with a receipt.
-Pool heater is turned off 4/15 - 9/15. Our heater will be on 9/16-4/14 for 24/7 at the Standard heated temperature. SWIM AT YOUR OWN RISK. We have pool maintenance come 2x a week!
-Trash/recycle days are posted in the house and in our house manual. We would appreciate if guest could take the bins out on the specified days.
-We partner with local bike, beach equipment and golf cart rental companies who can drop your rentals off right at the property.

We loved how spacious it was ! Although we had 15 people, we didn’t feel we were right on top of each other! The backyard was beautiful and the beds were so comfortable! It was just what I wanted and exactly as presented.

We stayed at the Coco Villa in Jacksonville Beach for our Daytona 500 bachelor weekend. It was the perfect spot to rest our heads, hang by the pool, and play some games. The location is great for a group of our type. The beach isn't far and both the Jax Beach Pier and Neptune Beach are just a short drive away. Communication with Coco was super easy and prompt. I would definitely recommend this house and host for group stays.

I've stayed in many VRBO homes, and this was our favorite stay by far. Coco makes everything soooo easy and the house is fantastic. This is a true gem. Book it now!!!
