- Your safety matters. This property features 4 exterior security cameras. Camera 1 is located above the front garage door facing the driveway, camera 2 is located in the front facing the front of the home, camera 3 is located above the deck facing the back of the home, and camera 4 is located above the basement sliding door facing the side of the home. They do not look into any interior spaces. The cameras record video and sound when activated by motion

This residence is aesthetically pleasing and meticulously maintained. The neighborhood is also visually appealing. Notably, the beaches are conveniently located within a short walking distance from the house. I would certainly consider returning to this property in the future. The property manager is highly accessible and readily available to assist with any concerns or issues that may arise.

Perfect size house for us. Six adults and one infant. This is our second stay at this property. House starting to show some signs of wear, but we had a great time!

Overall we had a nice time. A nice and quiet neighborhood. The space available was large enough for everyone staying with us. It was close enough to a number of beaches and pools within the community. I had asked the property owner if we could extend our stay a day but never got a response. The grill outside wasn’t very clean and there were spiderwebs everywhere. The grass was a bit high which was challenging having a dog with us. The jet tub in the master bathroom didn’t plug all the way so that was unusable, which was one reason we chose the house. Towel racks were missing in the bathrooms which made it difficult with multiple guests. Didn’t have access to closets in the bedrooms to hang clothing up. We did find a prescription medication pill on the floor in one of the bedrooms the first night. Thankfully the dog we brought did not find it. The additional mandatory expenses for the vehicles and registering them as well as the fees for the community amenities was a bit much, especially since we had people who did not use the pools or beach access to the lake. Another inconvenience was access to the community. Having to scan a QR code on the cell phone with a scanner that didn’t work well and you had to hold it up to the scanner a certain way and it be a certain size caused us to drop phones outside the vehicle multiple times. If improvements were made to the things mentioned, we’d stay again.
