- Living Room: Enjoy the warmth and ambiance of a gas fireplace, perfect for relaxing after a day of activities.
- Essential Amenities: Salt, pepper, cooking oil, and basic toiletries such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, and body wash are provided for your convenience. We also provide laundry detergent, dish soap, and a highchair and pack-n-play for little ones.
Packing List Suggestions:
- Swimsuit and beach towels for the hot tub, pool, and lake.
- Sunscreen, beach toys, and water shoes for outdoor fun.
- Phone/electronic chargers, drinking water, and ice.
- Coffee, K-Cups, and filters for your morning brew.
- Firewood and fire starters (available at a deli near the community entrance).
**COMMUNITY FEES** (mandatory, not included in booking price):
Arrowhead Lake Community Fees (to be paid separately online 1+ days prior to arrival):
1) Temporary membership:
a) IN SEASON (from Memorial Day to Labor Day weekends): $8.50 per person, per day. or $42.50 per
person, per week.
b) OFF SEASON: $2 per person, per day.
c) Children under 6 are free
2) Gate Card: $20 per vehicle, per stay
3) HOA Administrative: $20 one time, per stay
4) HOA Late fee (for bookings and registrations submitted within 3 days of arrival date): $100
Important Notes:
- All fees must be paid at least 3 days prior to arrival to avoid a late fee.
- Registrations/payments/changes cannot be processed less than 1 day before arrival.
- We will need the following info for the community: number of guests and children, names of all drivers, full car info, and guest names.
Temporary Membership Includes Access to:
- Pools, lakes, beaches, playgrounds, and sports courts (basketball, volleyball and tennis).
- The Community Lodge with 3 fireplaces, a library, fitness room, game rooms, and banquet hall.
- Seasonal amenities: Pools are open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

We’ve stayed at Serhii’s properties before, and once again it was a great experience. The house was spacious and very clean, the kids had a great time, and we especially enjoyed the hot tub.

This house was very nice! I loved how clean it was and how quiet it was (no squeaky doors or steps). The carpet was very comfortable and so were all of the beds (with very soft bedding). Short walk to the closest pool/playground. Short drive to the other pools and beaches. I loved that they had a toy basket for the little ones and books plus a bunch of board games. The hot tub worked great, however the cover is very heavy to lift so 2 people are needed to help with that. I was very happy that I didn’t need to use my bug spray at all! The grill worked great however it wasn’t cleaned out in some time so we did the best we could. I was kind of surprised because of how clean everything else was. My family had a great time here and made wonderful memories!
