House was great! Had a GREAT time...phone full of great memories and the house was a perfect fit for us. The home was clean and loved how it was set up and ready to use, the pool was perfect for all of us and the hot tub was perfect temperature. The management was quick to respond to any calls any needs any questions (Chris). Everything was clean, beautiful, and an at home feeling. The location was awesome like a 2 to 5 minute walk to the beach and restaurants close by (whataburger and tom and jerrys..and others) shopping close by also. Great convenient location and it was such a great wonderful time for me and my family. Would DEFINATELY rent again!!

Family trip. The House was nice, pretty much just as the pictures. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, and we really appreciated the supply of towels and toiletries! The pool and jacuzzi were a hit! The only downsides were the downstairs shower and the upstairs shower in the double bed bathroom never got hot, barely luke warm. The downstairs area also had a very, very strong odor of moth balls or something. Overall, we enjoyed the house! The location is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, restaurants, and stores. We will definitely book this house again!

The property was clean and well equipped in the kitchen. The pool/spa are honestly the only reasons for a 3 Star. The property is a bit dated in some areas, and could use some freshening up, but my issues were not with that. The upstairs beds were terrible. They were hard and uneven. The left room issues were the bed was hard, the window vibrated when door was closed, and the tv had no remote in sight. After a long day at the beach, you want to relax on a comfortable bed, free of nuisance noises with possibly some tv, and none of that could happen. It’s odd that the upstairs right bedroom with the on suite bathroom has two twin beds, and not a full/Queen for adults. The middle bedroom was the worst overall. The bed was by far the worst, and no TV at all in there. Why does every other room have one but this one? This property has an upstairs and downstairs. However, you cannot access them via interior. You have to go outside in either front or back. Not a huge deal for us with older kids, but if you have young kids you plan on putting in the two downstair rooms, you might have an issue with it. It’s basically another small apartment downstairs only accessible by a separate exterior door. The place is a perfect setup for multiple young couples or college students, but not for a big family. The grill was absolutely disgusting. The grease trap was overflowing, the interior flame cover broken and we watched a rat go in/out of it. I would rent again, but only with new beds.
