Welcome to 122 E. Retama! This picturesque, two-story beach house was remodeled in 2023 and features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a semi-open kitchen, living and dining area. The front door opens to the ground level of the home. This floor features one of the guest bedrooms, as well as a guest bathroom & living area that will have a futon bed. The laundry room with a washer & dryer is accessible next to the front door. The first bedroom is equipped with full-size bed. The first level has a flat-screen TV in the living area and can sleep 3 comfortably.

The second level of this spacious beach house features the bright kitchen, dining and living area, as well as the second and third guest room which entails a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV Master suite. The kitchen has beautiful countertops, brand new all black appliances including a refrigerator, built-in microwave, dishwasher, oven & stove. The cabinetry is fully stocked with pots, pans, dishes & utensils and the large center island countertop provides ample space to make delicious home-cooked meals! The living room is just off the kitchen and dining area. The flat-screen TV is surrounded by a comfortable living room set where you can sit back and relax, or entertain family & friends. Just down the hall, you'll find the third guest bedroom that features a queen-size bed and flat-screen TV, as well as the second guest bathroom.

Slip away into your elegant Master bedroom! Featuring a comfortable king-+size bed, large flat-screen TV, spacious master bathroom & balcony access perfect for morning coffee, or reading a book under the sun, you'll indulge in the much need relaxation you've been looking for!

Accommodating up to 13 guests, 122 E. Retama features a newly built private pool! Enjoy laps around the sparkling pool or an afternoon laying out poolside with family & friends! When you're ready to put your toes in the sand and gaze at the ocean for miles and miles, South Padre Island's beautiful beach is just a 1/2 block from your door!

Each reservation is provided with a STARTER KIT of essentials ONLY (toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, soap, shampoo/conditioner, dish soap, laundry detergent, coffee & filters, olive oil, and salt & pepper). Depending on the number of guests in your party and/or the length of your stay, these may not last for the duration of your reservation and you may need to purchase additional items on your own. Please also note that the following items are not universally provided or guaranteed to be in the home, and therefore, we recommend that you bring these items if required to make your stay more enjoyable: condiments and spices, cleaning wipes, bottled water, hair dryer, ice & cooler, beach towels, beach chairs, toys, floats, sun lotion/sun block, extra blankets and pillows, pack-n-play, high chair, stroller, baby gates, and/or first aid kit.
