The perfect South Padre Island Beach Home just 1 Minute Walk to the beach!!! Beautiful Private Heated Pool and a jacuzzi to relax, a great area to BBQ and enjoy by the pool. Perfect for a large group, Smart T.Vs in each room.
Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. We provide everything you need to enjoy your Vacation. No age limit, we welcome any responsible group (additional fees apply if under 25).Pets are welcome with a $150 fee. Permit # 2023-1768
The Space:
It is definitely a very unique house! very spacious for any size of family or friends. Location location location- can't say enough about it... located a minute walk from the beach makes it a perfect vacation home! great heated pool year round upon request with additional fee of $45.00 a day. Absolutely beautiful home.
Guest Access:
Guests can access the entire home and yard.
The Neighborhood:
A very safe neighborhood to walk, ride your bike, and enjoy.
Getting Around:
Recommended to use a car but many people use golf carts, riding bikes… guests can park 2 cars inside the garage and 4 cars on the driveway.
Other Things to Note:
ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING at the house or near open doors or windows.
NO PARTIES of any kind
This is a quiet residential neighborhood so please respect our neighbors
If the majority if your group is under 25, an additional damage deposit of $750 is required and paid separately after you book. If you are interested in heating the pool, a$45.00 a day fee ( sorry no partial days available) can be added.

House was very nice, was big and spacious. Any minor issues we had the property managers assisted with us very quickly. Master bed was not very comfortable,. probably needs to be changed out but all in all a very good time had by all. Pool was nice and cooling. Would come back again.

House was amazing! Plenty of room everything as discribed. Pool was crystal clear and had all the amenities we needed. Property management has great communication and answered questions within minutes. We will definitely be staying here again!

Ideal location & warm, comfortable home for a big family. Excellent communication with very attentive home owners. Have recommended to other family members & friends. Hope to be able to stay again!

We absolutely loved this property!!
It was a 2-minute walk to the beach and a very close walk to restaurants and nightlife as well. The house was BEAUTIFUL and comfortably fit the 12 in our group, we definitely could have brought more friends as well. One day the beach was super windy so we spent the whole day out by the pool and it was nice, clean, and private. Communication was great and any questions we thought of were answered in minutes. I would recommend this house to anyone who is thinking about visiting South Padre Island!
