Enjoy your stay in this light-filled, first-floor condo designed for comfort and relaxation. The living room features a large air conditioner, a comfortable L-shaped sofa with power recliners on both ends, and a convenient sleep ottoman for added flexibility.
The primary bedroom suite includes a queen bed, TV, standing fan, and private en-suite bath. The second bedroom also offers a queen bed and TV, providing comfortable accommodations for family or guests.
Brewster Attractions:
-Cape Cod Rail Trail: Enjoy miles of scenic biking and walking paths. Rent bikes nearby on Route 6A and set off on a carefree adventure through Brewster.

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:
