The first floor features your living spaces, dining area for up to six, along with a master bedroom with private bath, guest room and full bath.
Up the spiral stairwell is a third bedroom to sleep two additional guests. Sliders off the living room lead to a tranquil patio furnished with a table & chairs a gas grill for outdoor dining.
Cape Cod Bay beaches are located just minutes away with lots of local restaurants to choose from, access the bike trail from the resort, as well as charming antique shops along Rte. 6A.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Easy access to Cape Cod rail trail, Ellis Landing beach (1 mile away, can walk/bike if dont have parking sticker), pool with Shark Bah, restaurants, lawn activities at mansion, and everything else you want to do in Cape Cod! Half hour to Hyannis to catch ferry to Martha’s Vineyard!
