Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Puzzle table, counter island, updated beautiful bathrooms. Plenty of space for the six of us plus additional if needed. Had family over for a bbq one night large deck nice lawn. Beautiful property. A little farther away from bike trail than I expected. & hilly. Loved it.

The house is very clean and comfortable and had everything that we needed. We enjoyed the house and the location, close to everything that we like about Brewster!

We loved our time in Brewster in this charming and very recently renovated home. It was nestled in amongst the scrub pines and within close proximity to all of Brewsters amenities as well as striking distance to the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We loved it and the kids loved it!!

My family loved our stay in your beautiful home. The home was much more spacious than the pictures suggested. The kitchen was light and bright. The remodel was done tastefully. This was our sixth time to the Cape and this home was definitely our favorite.
