The spacious living room features a 50" flat-screen TV, A/C, and a full-size sleeper sofa—ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. Step outside through the sliders to your private furnished balcony with peaceful golf course views.
The primary bedroom includes a queen bed, 32" flat-screen TV, and a private en-suite bath, while the second bedroom features two twin beds and a 19" TV—perfect for families or friends traveling together.
Additional conveniences include WiFi, washer/dryer, and a portable playpen/baby bed.
(Please note: Pool access is not included, but beautiful local beaches are just minutes away!)
Beach Gear Provided: 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, 4 boogie boards, pails, shovels, and nets—everything you need for a fun-filled Cape Cod day!

CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & REFUNDS
In the event of cancellation, a refund minus a service fee of 25% of the total rent rate will be made if and ONLY if rental property is re-rented. The $205 booking & damage protection fee is non-refundable. If rental property is not re-rented, cancellation will result in the forfeiture of the total rental amount paid. All notices of cancellation must be in writing.

Your stay includes up to $597 per week in complimentary activities (subject to season and valid for stays up to 27 nights or less). By booking with us, you'll receive free tickets—every day of your stay—to top activities, including:

I have stayed at this property for the past two years. Excellent amenities, and I enjoyed watching Netflix and sitting on the front and back porches.
