Only 2 miles to Bethany Beach, this resort level and beautifully decorated, detached, two story luxury home in Ocean View's Beach Club community is ready for your family's relaxing vacation! With over 2600 square feet to spread out in, new stainless steel appliances, 9' ceilings, four bedrooms, loft, and a den, sleeping 10, three full baths, fireplace, screened-in porch, and a garage to get your two vehicles out of the hot sun, your family will love relaxing in this new community for a week.
This home provides ten beach chairs, two umbrellas, as well as two adult bikes with helmets. On weekends during the peak season, shuttles run to and from the beach every half hour and returns on the hour.
When you're not at the beach, enjoy the gorgeous community outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, steam, billiards and gym that are there for you from Memorial Day through Labor Day ($45 per person 6 and over per week) in addition to tennis, pickleball, walking and biking trails, and lots of green space. There are four new smart TVs with internet (only) to access your favorite shows and apps. Please bring your Netflix/Amazon etc. passwords.
Please bring your own linens, towels, and paper goods. Pillows and blankets are provided. If you prefer to rent them, we recommend Gale Force Rentals in Ocean View. They deliver and pick up. The beds are one king, two queens, three twins, and a pullout queen couch. The coffee pot is drip / k-cup. **This home can not receive US Postal Mail if you forget something and order online.
The well-designed kitchen features classic birch cabinets, quartz countertops, large island, stainless-steel appliances and an oversized corner pantry. You will find all you need for an enjoyable cooking experience as the kitchen includes toaster, mixer, blender, baking pans and sheets, pots and pans, measuring bowls, utensils, storage containers and of course dishes and silverware. The open gourmet kitchen layout flows smoothly into the dining area and living room with gas fireplace. The spacious owner's suite offers its own bathroom with double vanities and a walk in closet. Enjoy the screened-in porch any time of day with your favorite drink. There is also an ironing board and iron.
The towns of Ocean View and Bethany Beach are a 5-minute drive where you can find a wide range of dining and tax free shopping options. The beaches in Bethany require paid parking (apps and meters) Memorial Day to Labor Day. There is currently no shuttle service from the community. Further to the north in Rehoboth there are outlet malls and more great dining options. To the south you can visit Ocean City and its boardwalk and amusement rides.
Your booking comes with free daily passes to eight different activities in the area. Each day, you'll receive one pass, per activity:

The house was as pictured in the listing. It was spacious and suited our needs well. We wanted good outdoor space and this house has it. The neighborhood is also very nice and quiet. However, the house was not very clean when we arrived. The kitchen floor had some sticky messes on it, the cooktop was greasy and dirty, and the sliding glass door was disgusting. Also, the kitchen table and chairs were dirty and sticky. Jeremy, the property manager, sent us an email asking us to report any cleaning issues immediately, which we did, but he never got back to us. We had to call him after no response for three days. He was not very pleasant on the phone and the cleaning issues were never addressed. We ended up doing some of the cleaning ourselves. The other issue was the garbage. It was overflowing in the garage and smelled horrid. It was apparent the previous renters had small children so it is likely there were dirty diapers in the garbage as that’s what it smelled like. While we understand that the garbage is not picked up until Monday and we arrived on Saturday, copious amounts of stinky garbage from previous renters should not be left for new renters to deal with. The smell did not really leave the garage for our entire stay.

The home was very nice. Everything overall was clean. There was a great pool and clubhouse to use.
Biggest concerns were ants on the kitchen floors and all over the screened in porch. There were also some areas the cleaners missed but we were able to clean them up ourselves.
Great house for multi families.

The house was very nice, very clean, and convenient to everything! We had plenty of space, and it was very well equipped. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed the overall atmosphere. Would stay again!

The home was beautiful, There was a few issues one stove ignitors didn't always work so had to light manually. Also it stated that we would be allowed 1 access per house per day for amenities. This didn't happen and when we went up to pool area was told for owners only.
