The second floor is home to all three bedrooms, including the primary suite, with its private lake-view balcony.

Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The unit was clean and well equipped. It would have been nice to have patio chairs out front while we waited for maInteneance to help with the lock, but overall, we absolutely loved the property.
