A convenient shuttle makes it easy to access all Sea Colony amenities, and it's a short walk to the center of Bethany Beach with numerous dining, shopping, and entertainment options.
Thoughtfully upgraded with colorful decor, this vacation rental is your ticket to paradise. Spend endless hours on your screened, furnished deck - perfect for alfresco dining. Create favorite recipes in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar! The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

I have been coming to Seacolony for 28 years, and this was my favorite place that I have ever stayed on seacolony property. It was beautiful, spacious, and well maintained. Our kids had so much fun.

Our stay was incredibly comfortable from the beds to the amenities. The home and community are beautiful and very well maintained and we enjoyed being so close to the beach but away from all of the noise and busy-ness of the Boardwalk. We truly enjoyed the cleanliness of the home and the furnishings were comfortable and stylish; it felt like we were spoiling ourselves on this vacation! Two happy teens and two happy parents = a vacation win!

Great location right across the parking lot to the splash pad and backs up to a small canal where you can fish. We love the sea colony neighborhood. It’s quiet, so clean and safe! The condo was fantastic. It wasn’t run down like so many beach rentals are! We already decided we’ll book the same place for our beach trip next year.
