There are sidewalks and side streets for biking and walking. There is an open green space in front of the house for flying kites, playing ball, or having a picnic. There is a free community pool and tennis court. There are two ponds near the house that allow catch and release fishing and plenty of bird-watching opportunities. For your enjoyment, the owners have provided 2 'cruiser' bikes, 8 beach chairs, a beach wagon, and a beach umbrella. The garage is available for guest use and is equipped with an extra fridge for food and drinks. There is also a propane grill for use. There are board games, puzzles, and 2 Amazon Firestick Devices. There is wifi internet. There are three bedrooms: one primary with a king bed and primary bath, one queen room with a walk-out slider to the screened-in porch, and one bunk bedroom with 2 pyramid bunk beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room. The common areas are filled with natural light from the skylights, and you can enjoy a beautiful view from the front windows of the pond fountain.
