Just climbing up the wooden stairs to Bikini Top is enough to get you in the vacation mood. This charming home is reached by walking across a patio outfitted with comfy furniture and beautiful landscaping. Step inside to see the light filled living room of Bikini Top. With wall to wall windows, it's easy to enjoy the beautiful nature on Tybee.
The bright and welcoming living room features a charming fireplace and nautical themed decor. The comfortable couches, foosball table, and chess table all encourage vacationers to settle in for a fun game or a friendly chat. From the living room, the floor plan flows into the kitchen and dining area. French doors let in plenty of sunshine to complement the sunny yellow and soothing aqua decor. The dining room contains plenty of seating for dinner parties, or you can grab a quick snack at the breakfast bar.

Our guests have access to our beautiful, heated pool that is located on Tybee Island. For our Savannah properties it is a scenic 25-minute drive through Wilmington and Whitemarsh Island, taking you over the Savannah River Delta onto Tybee Island. The Pool is open during the below dates and times.
March 1- Oct 31, Open 7 days a week from 10am-5pm
November 1 - February 28, Open Friday and Saturday from 10am-5pm
Additional Pool Hours available during the off-season are listed below. If these dates fall in the middle of the week, the pool will be open as listed below and every Friday and Saturday.
⁃Day Before Thanksgiving, Thanksgiving Day and the Day after Thanksgiving
⁃Day Before Christmas, Christmas Day and The Day After Christmas
⁃Day Before New Years, New Years Day, and the Day after New Years

If you would like to bring along your dog(s) during your stay, we do have some pet-friendly properties allowing up to 2 dogs and the total weight cannot exceed 50lbs for a pet fee of $130. This notice is not an indication the home you are currently viewing is pet-friendly.

For our long-term stays, 30 days or more, we require a deposit and our office will reach out to you for details. For 60 days or more long-term stays, we require an additional clean.

The house itself was great. It could have been cleaned a bit better. My children found beer cans outside on the porch. My issue was mainly with the property management. They contacted me via text at 10:15 at night. They asked me to check the internet because the downstairs did not have internet connection. I understand the tenant downstairs wanting to connect to the internet however. 1. It said if we as the renter contact the property management after hours we would be charged.
2. There should be a router downstairs. If you are charging for two separate spaces, it js not the renters responsibility to make sure the internet in working downstairs. Also I don't live far and eas kn contact with the property management the day I left to let them know I left behind two bathing suits. I had to contact the company for over a week for them to tell me that they did not fine the bathing suits that I know I left in the closet. It was very disappointing. I have stayed at several VRBOs all over. I would not recommend for anyone to rent a place that goes through this property management company.
