• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is not a pet friendly home. $500 fine for unauthorized pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

Excellent location. Beautiful home. Great amenities, especially the coffee options and rooftop patio. Clean and AC was a nice bonus. Would definitely stay there again.

Overall great property- great location- clean and had many nice touches.
Two issues
One easy to fix - master bedroom on the third floor has a bed 15 inches off the ground- that is not the problem-
There is no chair in the bedroom or the third floor- to put socks on you basically get on the floor-
They need to at least put a small folding chair in the closest!
The second problem is the 3 sets of stairs are STEEP and SHALLOW- I am tall - when I went down the steps 1/2 to 2/3rds of my foot was off the step- basically I had to go down each flight of steps one at a time with my foot landing sideways,
So a 5 star property except for one fixable issue and one that is not.
