About this house rental
A true getaway in a newly renovated luxurious and cozy townhome with all the comforts of home. You've never seen anything like this in Mammoth, the urban lounge design is an elevated experience for the senses with high end amenities - brand new black stainless appliances including a washer and dryer, brand new dreamy heirloom mattresses, and body contouring leather sofas. The kitchen is a cook's kitchen that is fully appointed with everything you need for a gourmet meal. This spacious 3 bedroom townhome has 2 King rooms and a bunk room that has a total of 4 beds with room enough for a gaming/tv lounge area for the teens so that adults can fully enjoy the lounge vibe living room and relax in peace. The Egyptian cotton sateen sheets and luxurious high-end mattresses will keep you in bed all day but when you are ready for adventure, the townhome is perfectly situated near Canyon Lodge and walkable to restaurants, the Village and the Gondola. Two parking spaces are right outside the townhouse for ease of loading and unloading.
Extensive cleaning protocol is practiced including sending all sheets and towels to a commercial laundry service to be cleaned and sanitized. All mattresses are wrapped with anti-microbial covers.
Please be aware that in the event of a major snow storm, access to the front door may be blocked by snow if the snow removal team is unable to clear it by the time you check in. Full access to the unit is available through the back door.

Very nice and clean place. Lots of space and beds for everyone. It's walking distance from the village which was real nice. Just walk to the village and hop on the gondola to get to the slopes, no need to drive and hope for close parking

Solid location, close to Village and Westin, you can walk to it within 10 min. Parking was the greatest, shower stopped working properly on our 3rd day of 7 and communication could have been a little better as no one followed up with us for a couple days and eventually never came out to fix. We still had lower shower but logistics of that with all the kids was hard. Condo is nice though just wished we would have a little better follow up.
