We booked this property as one of three for our company's backpacking trip during our acclimation period in town. A few people ended up backing out of the trip for various reasons so we ended up consolidating into the two other condos. We did not use this condo, but I did take a look inside just to check that all was in order. The condo was clean and as pictured. To access the upstairs bedroom, you have to go through the loft area (where there are two beds), which is a little odd for a coworker situation, but perhaps not an issue for a closer group like family. I replied to an email I received from the property managers regarding the check-in process to request a possible refund for the cleaning fee since we weren't staying in the condo. I did not receive a response. I wasn't counting on receiving the refund, but a response would have been appreciated. Otherwise, the location seemed fine.

By far one of the best properties I’ve had the pleasure of staying in. Although we hardly used much of anything, this place was definitely stocked with just about anything you’d possibly need on a trip with family or friends! Traveling regularly, I have never seen such a well equipped property that had all the right touches and well maintained and clean.
I will be back for sure!

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental.

Even though it was a busy holiday weekend, there were a few too many annoyances to add up to a good stay. First, we were told to come later than our 4 pm check in (which we did) because the condo wasn't ready, so we had to kill time in town for a bit; then the heat in the unit did not work consistently until the 18 hours after we arrived (9am the next morning) -- it was 59 degrees inside the condo -- all the shampoo, handwash and conditioner bottles upstairs were present but empty, the dishwasher was broken so we had to handwash. The manager did not know about the dishwasher, and she was very prompt at helping us fix the heat issue after the first night. But it was annoying to deal with all these issues for a two night stay.
