Easy check in and check out. About 20 steps from the garage to the condo. Location is ideal, close to the village and Canyon Lodge, no car needed to get to the slopes with the free shuttle and gondola, walking distance to the village. Quiet and friendly neighbors. Liked the floor plan. Clean condo, clean sheets and bathrooms; sufficient kitchen supplies and working appliances. Bring your own large skillet if cooking for a large group. Upstairs room is private. Roku TV available with Netflix, Disney, YouTube, Prime, etc. Not luxurious but comfortable and functional. Warm and cozy. Optimal communication and information via the Vacasa app.

No clear instructions how to lock the eLock from the outside when leaving the condo. Mattresses were on the soft side for our preference but comfortable. Had to buy extra trash bags and left them for the next guests.

Location was good and parking while very short entry clearance was good as it was underground and out of the elements. If i had a roof rack on my SUV it would not have made the entrance and there did not seem to be any alternative parking. I also I went to the manager’s office twice. No answer at 2:00pm on Monday. Never tried again.

Heaters did not work well and the upstairs didn't at all. No TV and no Internet the entire time we were there and your “Too bad for you if it does not work” was bogus and completely out of line. Will not return to the property for that reason alone. We are not responsible as Mammoth can experience overloads. The town was half empty mid week so no way was it overloaded. It simple did not work and we followed the instructions to the T. I do not think you want me to review it.
