About this house rental
This newer 2800 sqft open-concept beach home has everything you want in a vacation home. With 4 bedrooms, three featuring king beds plus a large bunk room with 2 queen bunks and two regular beds, there is ample space for your crew to spread out. The upper level also boasts a second living area for relaxing, or just watching TV.
In addition to the interior space there are three oversized porches, including a large entertainment area off the rear of the home. This veranda, abutting a quiet nature preserve, offers two grills, a wet bar and a separate seating/dining area. The beach walk-over is just around the corner and up a few houses. In the other direction, just down the street, is Bellview Park which offers a community swimming pool--one of three in Carillon- (and baby pool) as well as tennis courts, pickleball, full court basketball arena, grassy lawn, playhouse and swings. Golf cart rentals, while not necessary, are available in Carillon Beach from a designated rental company, but the number of permitted rentals is limited for safety reasons.
Walk-over #1 is where you will find two sets of complementary beach chairs (4 chairs) and pads with two umbrellas (March 1 - Oct 31).

Guest House is located in the sequestered gated community of Carillon Beach on the Gulf of Mexico, which enjoys 3900 feet of uncrowded, white, sugary-sand beaches. Amenities include 3 community pools: Bellview Park, Beach Club Pool (located on the Gulf of Mexico), and East Pool. There are tennis/pickle ball courts, full basketball court, children's play area and large green spaces. This is a walking, biking, golf cart community with cafe, exercise club, general store, and Baliage salon and spa. In addition to the manned entrance gate, Carillon also employs licensed security officers who patrol the grounds to ensure the safety of our guests. Carillon Beach is a 'Mayberry USA' beach community where lasting, even generational, memories are created. Also, Carillon Beach is a disability friendly community with a wheelchair lift to the main pool area and a handicapped accessible ramp from the pool to the beach. The upscale shopping and restaurants of Rosemary Beach and 30A are only a 3-minute drive away.
PARKING POLICY: 4 vehicles and 1 golf cart. Maximum of one Vehicle or Golf Cart in the gravel area to be parked in front of a home, in the gravel. NO Golf Cart Charging of a cart that is parked on any gravel area. Charging must take place in the driveway.
GUARD GATE ENTRANCE PROCEDURE AND HOA PARKING POLICY: The Carillon Beach HOA has implemented a QR code entrance procedure for renters at the main entrance. All vehicles must register and pay a $37.50/vehicle parking fee to enter Carillon Beach. Upon registration, you will receive a QR code that you will use at the entrance scanner.
NOTE: YOU WILL NOT BE CONFIRMED OR COMMITTED UNTIL SPEAKING WITH THE MGR. PERSONALLY TO ASSURE THAT THIS IS THE RIGHT HOME FOR YOU.
This is a family vacation home. WE DO NOT RENT TO VACATIONING GROUPS OF UNSUPERVISED STUDENTS OR THOSE UNDER 30. Pets considered on request.

Everything about our stay was wonderful! The house is very spacious and comfortable. It has all the necessities and was very clean. We appreciated the quick respond to our questions from the host. The sunset was amazing! We would stay here again!

Amazing home and gated community

My family and I were so excited for this vacation with our family. Unfortunately our experience started off on the wrong foot when we arrived just before our 2:00 check in time to the house with dirty toilets, dirty laundry on the floors, dirty linens piled on each bed, and trash on the counters. I was able to reach the manager but he wasn’t sure what happened with the cleaning crew and didn’t remember that we had a 2:00 check in. After several phone calls a cleaning crew arrived and we were able to check in at 4:30. After a day of travel with two toddlers (who now had to skip a nap) it was not the best start. We rented the golf cart as well and when we arrived it was no where to be seen. I once again had to reach out to the manager who wasn’t aware that it was sent out for maintenance. Thankfully we were immediately refunded. The property itself and the home is beautiful. The decor and high ceilings and overall aesthetics of the house were stunning and made it feel like a luxurious trip. However, midway through the trip the upstairs AC unit stopped working (were 3/4 bedrooms are located) while my 2 year old was trying to nap. I tried for an hour to reach the manager who eventually responded that he would call back after he finished a meeting. At this point the room my toddler was sleeping in was over 82 degrees with no fan so we had to skip nap again (parents know what a joy that is). With no word on when things would get fixed I had to start reaching out myself and found a landscaping employee who in turn contacted someone local affiliated with the community I could call for help. I was able to call the number he gave me and she was quick to say she would find someone to come out that day. The property manager did call me back and say that his usual company couldn’t make it out until next day but he would call around for someone new. At this point I had already done the work myself of finding someone and the local woman had texted me back saying she would have someone out within the next hour or two. Eventually it was fixed but only after I had to spend hours of my vacation doing work & making calls I shouldn’t have had to. When spending this much money on a vacation I would have expected a prompt check in, clear communication about a golf cart being there, and quick action on something like a broken AC in Florida heat.
Overall, the house was stunning and we did have an amazing time. Hopefully our problems were a fluke and rare occurrence.
