About this house rental

Adults have their private areas while the kids can enjoy alone time as well. 3 spacious Bedrooms and a large Bunk room downstairs with 2 Sets of Bunk Beds and a pull out couch. Each space has its own private full bath. Private walk down to the beach is shared with only one other home which ensures the maximum amount of privacy. Beach chairs and an umbrella are set up daily by La Dolce Via who also rents bikes, paddle boards, Kayaks and can arrange a Bonfire on the beach for you. A private outdoor shower with cold and hot running water is surrounded by a small play area with artificial turf. Unlike crowded beach towns on 30A, Carillon Beach has a private entry with 24 hour security. You can let your kids explore on their own and feel safe, yet you are less than 3 miles from Rosemary Beach. Carillon Beach offers a full range of amenities including 3 pools (see the photo with the map showing proximity to the closest pool), tennis, pickle ball and basketball courts, and a downtown shopping area with a pizza and ice cream shop. Please note there is not a pool directly on this property. Listing says we have a no cancelation policy, however, I will work with you if you need to move your dates. You can rent a golf cart from Coastal Cars and Carts (www.coastalcc.net). Please note Carillon beach charges a $35 access and parking fee per automobile which is collected when you download the link to get your QR code for automated entry to the community.

Great house in a perfect location on the beach.House was very clean and well stocked with supplies for the week.Kitchen was well appointed with equipment/appliances but kitchen layout made meal prep/cooking and clean up more of a challenge. We did miss having a grill.Very comfortable house and we would definitely stay here again!!!!
