This spacious home features four bedrooms and a versatile den for extra sleeping space. The main-level master suite includes a king bed, flat-screen TV, and private bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, two bedrooms have twin beds, while another offers a king bed and queen sofa sleeper. A shared full bath serves the upstairs rooms. The den also includes a queen sofa sleeper for added flexibility.

A spacious, open kitchen awaits, along with large family seating areas for movie nights and conversation.

Our stay was wonderful! Plenty of room, room for the 4 kids and my parents. The pool was a definite plus! Kitchen fully stocked.

We had a great few days in Hilton Head with our friends. Weather was perfect, house was perfect; it was just what we needed! The only mistake we made was not getting our pool heated- it was a little chilly so we didn’t spend much time in the pool. That being said, the house was great. It was clean, it had everything we needed, and we really enjoyed the long weekend there. Thank you!

I wish I could over look some of the issues with encountered on this vacation and only give a great review but I’d like to be honest.
The property itself was nicely laid out and spacious. We had no issues aside from the TV placement in the family room with the physical aspect of this home. The house might not have had much traffic lately as it was very dusty and not freshly cleaned. Also like to mention It is a good distance from the beach and not within a reasonable walking distance when trying to bring items to the beach with you but still not enough to not rent this home. Don’t count on sitting on the back dock over the lagoon unless you want to fall through the boards and become gator food. Def does not look like what is in the picture.
There was no outside working lights making it pitch dark all around the house. They did come rather quickly when it was brought to their attention and they tried to change out bulbs but that did not work. They offered to have an electrician come and look at the electrical. Not really something we wanted to deal with on vacation so we declined. It made for a safety hazard at night. The house next to us also had some work being done and the contractor cut the cable and internet wire. We called the management company and explained I needed wifi to work from home and we needed a solution. The solution was to drop off a hot spot and wish us luck. The lady on the phone reassured me this would power up the phones, tvs and computer but when the gentleman came to drop it off he essentially laughed in my face and said well it won’t do that, it’s basically one step above dial up. When explained I might have to go to a hotel to work she basically said tough luck. After a day and a half they finally came to fix the cable and when we weren’t home they helped themselves into our rental property with no warning and grabbed the hot spot back. I was not happy they entered unnoticed and with no warning for obvious reasons.
I suggest making sure stuff like cleanliness and lights be in satisfactory order before opening the doors to families. I understand the cable/internet was beyond their control but tough luck is not an answer. I was not impressed with this management company this time around, in the event we find ourselves renting a property listing under them again I hope they change my mind about their quality of work.
