Oversee agency went beyond a great welcome with the gifts of cups and beach towels The condo it self could use a lot of modifications. Because of our size of family staying in two different condos the cooking supplies were not the best. We don’t go out to eat with this crowd

The property manager was extremely responsive to concerns as they occurred. We needed a new door code after hours and the on-call person responded within 5 to 10 minutes. Additionally, we asked if there was anyway possible to have a Keurig machine and they brought in a brand new one! Thankful to the management group and their assistance.

We have stayed in Seacrest several times at other locations. The proximity to the beach at Sunset Villas is great! The beach is crowded as other guests from across the road use Sunset Villas as the beach access place. Communication with host was easy by text. Our gate code was incorrect when we arrived, but was changed remotely so we did not have to wait to enter. The kitchen is only modestly equipped. Coffee pot was broken, but host replaced it quickly. Only four dinner plates provided. The water was interrupted for half of a day due to a leak on property, but host provided several gallons of drinking water. The complimentary bikes were a nice addition also.

Beautiful property but unfortunately the owners failed to inform the manager the building would be getting a new roof the week of our stay. Caution tape all around the building including the patio restricting our access to the pool other than walking around all three buildings. Cranes and equipment in the parking lot requiring us to park in an inconvenient lot.. The whole situation was unsafe and a daily nuisance… The last day of our stay debris and nails were literally falling around the pool area and in the pool. Had we been informed we would have definitely stayed somewhere else… Also the rules at Sunset Villa’s are unreasonably strict… absolutely beautiful property and condo but I would not stay here again… literally chased down by security guards because my daughter was carrying her crying baby and pushing her stroller on the center sidewalk… Apparently the owners of the property do not want wheeled traffic on the sidewalk… If a stroller has to be on the sidewalk the child must to be in it or push it in the driveway... I guess that warranted being chased down by the security guard? Anyway.. we were there four days listening to daily noise from the roof replacement and annoyed by repeatedly being asked to move our vehicle and changing our path to get to the pool and beach access… The building should not have been rented during the roofing project. Potentially dangerous situation ..

We enjoyed our stay! The location was great. Upon arrival, the door code didn't work. The property manager answered our call and immediately got us in. The floors were completely wet so we couldn't let our kids walk in. We figured this would mean they were going to be super clean but they were actually sticky and really dirty the entire stay. Then, we went into our children's bunkroom and the trundle bed was broken and had dirty sheets. There was trash under the bed, as well. I was thankful for the location and ease of the stay because if not for that the other things would have made the stay difficult for me to be happy with the place. I was also thankful for a very responsive property manager. Oversee was so great!! We love them.

We have stayed on 30A (Specifically Rosemary and Seacrest) many times (multiple times each year) for 12 years and this was by far the worst place and the most expensive that we have stayed in. Location is wonderful and the unit is spacious but aside from that - I am so disappointed, almost heartbroken. We spent a lot for 4 nights and had a rusted loaner fridge, a disgusting vent return, and showers lined with mold. This is unacceptable, for any place - especially this area and for that price. Our family made wonderful memories being together - but I cannot express how disappointed I am in this unit being offered in this condition at the rate we paid. Will gladly share photos and more information with anyone who is thinking about renting this place.

This property was a perfect fit. The location is ideal. It was clean and was exactly as presented in the listing. Many reviews mention the crowded beach. It was definitely very crowded, but a trade off for being so close and convenient. We will absolutely book this unit again.

This was a substandard property for VRBO. Completely minimalist and worn out. Refrigerator was not working and was to be replaced 2 days into our stay. Tables were grimy . We had to go shopping just to clean the place up. The door out to the front porch and patio was stuck shut. The promised grill ended up be an unusable public grill. 2 dining chairs were broken. We made arrangements to leave the next day. We had stayed in this area many times and never had this experience.

This property is great as far as walking to the beach and to local restaurants. The beach is extremely crowded. The noise from the unit above is a factor while trying to sleep. The unit has lots of room and covers the essentials. It was clean but the porch was not nor were the windows. The view is beautiful.

The location is amazing. Literally steps to the boardwalk that leads to the beach. There were 7 in our group, including 4 adults, 2 teenagers and a 9 year old. The unit was spacious and the perfect size for us. The unit was very nice. There were perhaps a few areas that could have used some updating, but overall we were very happy and would definitely book this property again. A previous reviewer said there weren't sheets for the trundle bed. I brought sheets with me, but we didn't need them. There were sheets on the trundle. One thing I wasn't aware of - there was toilet paper provided, but only 1 roll per bathroom. We had to buy more. Not a big deal but something we could have brought with us. 3 dishwasher pods were provided which was all that we needed. The dishwasher works fine but it was hard to get the lower rack in/out. 6 laundry pods were included. We us

The property was amazing for our annual girl's weekend. It was a perfect location between Alys and Rosemary Beach. Only thing we missed and think there could be better at communicating is having to take a key fob for coming back from dinner because the front gate into the property was locked. That was a bit of an issue but the staff was available. I would definitely go back!

We loved being so close to the beach. It is very convenient. I would have preferred a second or third floor but regardless, it was incredibly easy and we didn't have to pack a whole picnic basket to take to the beach since we could just walk up and have lunch. I realize prices increase in the popular months but for the amount of money paid, I sort of expect perfection. It wasn't as clean as I would have preferred (drawers in master had hair and left over items in them and the mirrors weren't cleaned) but those are easy fixes. There was a set of grocery sacks left in the pantry and one had old food in it. The sink faucet needs to be replaced and the dishwasher anchored in the wall. If I pulled it out too far with dishes in it, it fell out. We rented Sunday-Friday. We were offered a discounted rate if we wanted to arrive on Saturday. I declined because of our schedule wouldn't permit a Saturday arrival but asked, since clearly the property wasn't being used, if we could arrive an hour or so earlier on Sunday. The answer was a flat no. It is just discouraging in these times of increasing prices and getting less for your money that the courtesy of allowing us in an hour earlier wouldn't even be considered. It is those small details that make me want to re-book again. These are very minor things but I will add again that condo is just as the pictures show, a great location and the management team was incredibly responsive to any issues or questions. I just think when you spend $$$ the items listed above shouldn't be issues.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented this for the second year in a row and it did not disappoint. The location alone is worth the stay, it is literally steps from the beach and community pool which is just ideal. The condo itself is great although we had issues with our bike seats getting stolen from the property, but that was taken care of within hours by Oversee so didn't disrupt the trip too much. Seacrest is a walk/bike from everything in Rosemary Beach so that's another bonus for those wanting to explore beyond the beach. Enjoy if you go, we will be back!

We can’t recommend this place enough! The location is absolutely perfect! Such an easy walk down to the beach as well as an easy walk or bike ride to Seacrest or Rosemary. We loved our early motioning view the water off the back. The entire place was very nice and clean. Communication from the owner leading up to our trip was very thorough and helpful. We’re already looking to book again sometime next year!

We very much enjoyed our stay! Very nice condo! The location of this condo leant itself to easy access to all that 30A has to offer, providing you have a auto. Personally, for us, had we known that the “spring break” time frame is a very, very busy season, we would have chosen a different time to visit. Flocks of teenagers on bikes, & on the beach.

Best location!

This condo truly is the best location! You are on the ground floor so you can walk straight out the back door to the beach. If you go out the front you are just a short walk to Seacrest shops and restaurants, Alys beach shops and restaurants, and Rosemary shops and restaurants! It was such a treat to be on the water and so centrally located on 30A. The manager Sandra was so wonderful to work with. She was quick to answer any questions and very accommodating as she was able. The condo was clean and everything was functional. We would definitely return again!

Loved the location! Right in the middle of everything so easy to bike ride everywhere. The beach was right outside our door along with the swimming pool. Would recommend bringing extra blankets and sheets if planning on using the trundle bed in 3rd bedroom or the sofa sleeper. There were none provided.

We love this neighborhood & were thrilled to find A condo that made it our needs after growing our family last year. It was perfect for us and two kids ages 1 and 3 1/2. The walk to the beach was close and we were able to walk to the local shops or to get ice cream. The kitchen could maybe use some additional tools or upgraded items but we made do! The one downfall to this neighborhood every time we’ve come is the limited beach space. Between all of the neighborhoods that use it and the chair/umbrella rental company always set up (whether the chairs are rented or not) it is very competitive to get a spot. I had asked questions via messenger and the property manager was not only prompt but very kind & helpful.

Great place and the management was excellent! So friendly and helpful! The space is huge and works great for a family! My wife, in laws and 2 kids had plenty of space to enjoy 30A. The proximity to everything is unbeatable and the experience overall was great. Would definitely come back!

Overall this was a nice property, with the location being its biggest asset. You couldn’t be any closer to the beach or pool, and that was a big plus for us. We can’t fault the condo for the craziness at the beach. We were there 8/7-8/11. The first morning I had chairs out by 7am, and I was first row. The second morning, 8am.... 4 rows back already. Third morning I was determined to get a better spot. By 6:15am I was disappointed to find I was the third row back already. The La Dolce Vita takes up all but a 25-30 yard section of beach for us regular people who take our own chairs and umbrellas. Back to the condo... Our overall impression of comforts and amenities was good. Nothing super high end, but it was nice, and it was very spacious. I loved the patio, and no you can’t see the beach, but you can hear the ocean and enjoy the breeze. It was a very relaxing spot. You can see plenty of the water when standing on the patio or inside the condo, just not the shoreline. The pool was nice with plenty of seating, and it was not very crowded at all. The two couches were comfortable and plenty of seating for 6 adults. There are two bikes with baskets that go with the property. The A/C was plenty cold, refrigerator did a great job, washer and dryer were more than efficient. The king and queen beds were a bit firm. The patio door only locks from the inside, so if you want things locked up when you go to the beach, you have to go out the door closer to the parking lot. This is still very close to the beach, but we just weren’t expecting that. There is just a traditional coffee maker, nothing to brew K-cups. The noise from other condos did surprise us. This didn’t bother us, but it might bother some. Kids running in the condo above us and the noise of other washers and dryers beside and above was the main noise. We would definitely stay here again, but in the off season. For the price, you will not find a better spot in the Rosemary area with the location, view and amount of space this condo affords. Just another quick note- the security guards want you to wear the pool wristbands when coming and going on the bikes, so they know you belong there.

This place was so nice and if you chose to stay in Seacrest, you can’t beat this location to the beach. However, I will not ever stay in Seacrest in the summer again. The chairs were 6 rows deep so people were having to set up at the very back literally against the dunes. 2 nights in a row, there were teenage parties on the beach. My husband looked down there and said there were 100 teens at a minimum. Chanting and screaming. The police were called both nights and all the drunk teenagers came staggering up the boardwalk. We have always viewed 30A as family friendly but we didn’t even feel comfortable taking our kids crab hunting at night (a tradition of ours) because we were afraid of what they would see on the beach. We went to other areas of 30 A and they were crowded but nothing like Seacrest. It really took away from the trip. I hate it for these owners because this is such a nice place. We will definitely stay again in the fall but I won’t be back in the summertime.

This condominium is in the perfect location, and exceeded all of our expectations. It was clean, and large enough to easily fit our family of 5. The owners were easy to work with and has a very streamlined check in/out process. We would stay here again in a minute! Our favorite thing about the place was its proximity to the beach allowing us to easily walk there in less than 3 minutes. Highly recommend!

If you’re looking for an incredible beach front location, this is it. You are literally 15 steps from the boardwalk steps down to the beautiful white sands which was the absolute best part since we had little kids with us. Added bonus are the two bikes that can take you to Peddlers Pavilion and Barrett Square in minutes. Only advice is make sure to get down to the beach early, this is a main thoroughfare from all Seacrest properties so the public area gets packed quick, and they stack the chairs you can buy on top of one another so that’s another issue. Other than that, book this place - it’s amazing.

What can I say, it was wonderful! The location cannot be beat. It's maybe a 60 second walk from the back door to the ocean. Waking up daily to the sight of the water made us so happy! And with little kids, it was wonderful to be on ground level and get back and forth to the condo quickly for potty breaks, naps, etc. While everyone else was dragging all sorts of stuff for their journey to the beach, we could so easily go back and forth at our leisure. Also, the parking is immediately out the front door, so transporting luggage in/out was a breeze as well! It's a 5min walk to Rosemary's town center and equally close to Alys beach. Everything is right there. We used the two bikes that came with the rental and they worked well. Our only complaint was having a bit of trouble with the AC it seemed to work at times and not at others (and we always ensured doors and windows were kept closed) but other than a couple of warm nights, honestly it was perfect. Being so close to the beach does mean it's very easy to track in some sand, so we did find ourselves trying to clean almost daily, but that's just the nature of having small kids who dig in the sand. We cannot wait to return and would happily stay here again!
