Location could hardly have been bettered. Apartment was very well appointed…bedding, cookware, dishes and glasses, etc. Beds were very comfortable. Only issue I had was use of what for me was overly scented laundry products. They did not agree with my sensitive nose. Managers responded very quickly when my sister and I goofed on how to access the door codes. Also quickly made notes of small issues we suggested be dealt with. Very professional. All and all would recommend very highly to anyone looking for well located and well appointed apartment with three very spacious bedrooms.

We loved this apartment! It's on a quiet street but a short walk to many stores and restaurants.We especially loved the double deck rooftop! We were happy we had a break on the cold weather to enjoy that.Hosts were helpful and communicative. Highly recommend!

Went to Philly to hang out with family and go to the Eagles vs Jags game. Great location to stay, near tons of entertainment options (bars / restaurants / coffee shops), but still on residential street. Think literally near everything, but not right in the middle of everything, so when you want to just chill on the rooftop balcony its not madness around you. Gives you the best of both worlds, quiet down time when you want it at the place, but only a block from everything. Would definitely stay again.

We booked for the roof deck and upon arrival were disappointed that the roof deck doesn’t look like the photos. The furniture was not set up, 1/2 the string lights don’t work, there was trash scattered around the deck and a trash bin full of other peoples trash, assuming previous guests.
The house is fine, a bit run down. The master bedroom closest was filled with the last guests bed linens, or so I assumed.
The price per night is high for what you get.
