Tyler was great to communicate with leading up to our stay. Very helpful in telling us what was around the area and how to access transportation. The property is only a few blocks from the subway, and that was very helpful to us. The property had ample sleeping space, however, some of the mattresses could use replacing.Two bathrooms with showers (and one with tub) were helpful in getting ready for a wedding. One sink, however is quite small. That took some getting used to, but we were able to make it work.Overall, this property was a good value for the money.

Great location to downtown. Street parking, which is expected in Philly. House is large and can accommodate large groups easily. Place was clean. We didn’t use the kitchen as we were in town visiting family. Tyler is quick with communication and helpful!

The house was clean, well stocked kitchen and the check in/check out process was simple. Host was easy to get ahold of and timely with responses to questions. There were some things that our group would have preferred that were different, but nothing that is at the fault of the host. Appreciated a pack n play being provided for my child at no additional cost, which saved us packing space in the car. One thing to note if driving with children, there is little to no street parking available after 5pm. Each evening, we had to park away from the property after dropping off the kids with an adult, and then walk back from the parking garage. This isn't an issue when adults are traveling, as they can all safely take a ride share, but if you need car seats and plan on driving, this is a big note.

i had a good stay until the host accused me of having another key to the property. when I first checked into the property there was only one key so i was confused about that. nice property though
