About this house rental
Relax, Relax, Relax in our 1930's beachside cottage with intercoastal waterway views. The home is a short, two block, walk to the beach and directly across the street from the intercoastal waterway. You can sit and rock on the front porch while watching boats go by, dolphins swim and some of the most beautiful sunsets.
We are also walking distance to several restaurants, bars, ice cream, mini golf and fishing pier. If staying home is your speed, there is a full, brand new, modern kitchen and an outdoor gas grill for use. We also offer a beach cart, beach chairs, a cooler if needed (please ask owners upon arrival), beach towels, boogie boards, games, pack and play, high chair, stroller, booster seats and anything else you may need (we are right next door to accommodate!).
The interior boasts beautiful, original hardwood floors and rare cypress walls in the living room. The home has been freshly painted and updated with new furnishings. There is a new washer and dryer for your use as well.
Relax in our rare piece of Florida history.
***Note** - There are stairs to gain access to the back of the home and a few stairs to access the front of the home. Once in the home, there are no stairs...home itself is on one level.
Guests are also required to sign a contract / waiver prior to check-in.

The place was in a great location for walking to restaurants and beach.
Very clean and lots of amenities

Driveway had enough space for truck and bike trailer.

My husband and I visited for a few days and brought our 10 month old daughter. It was so nice not to have to bring our own pack n play or high chair! The house is very lovely and beach-themed, conveniently located close to the beach and Dunlawton Ave (there is also a Starbuck's two buildings down, a convenient walk if you are a coffee lover!) We didn't spend much time on the porch because of the heat (hopefully we can come back when it is cooler), but it was nice to sit in the living room and look out to see the river across the street. It was thoughtful of the owners to have beach chairs, towels, and sunscreen available. Overall, we greatly enjoyed our stay...also, everything was so clean and comfortable!
