Construction Discount!
Our building will undergo its final phase of outside renovation over the next several months.
The final phase will be on the ocean side. Our balcony will be available; however, construction noise will occur from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday.
After these several months, our building will be completely refurbished on the exterior. A new steel seawall, pool, patio and street side exterior have already been completed.
Direct Beach access and our pool will be unavailable until mid February 2025. There is still beach access via a ramp on the south side of the building and a very short walk to the north side of the building.

We have finished renovating this into a beautiful condo with a new kitchen, flooring, and furnishings, including new beds and couches!
The first floor gives easy access to parking and beach without needing an elevator or stairs!
The master suite has a king bed, private bath, closet, and dressing area. Sliding floor to ceiling glass doors from the master allows access to a private porch where you can enjoy the panoramic ocean views. The second bedroom has two queen beds and a walk-in closet.
This condo is stocked for fun-filled family time and has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation:
• Keyless Entry
• High speed wireless internet
• 3 flat screen TV’s
• HD cable
• Charging station – bring your cords and end the fight for outlets!
• Fully stocked kitchen with new knives and serving pieces
• Linens & bath towels, including beach towels
