The boardwalk is currently unusable due to beach erosion in the area.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 8 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The property overall was a success for our family beach vacation. The fact that there were two fridges and plenty of pantry space was a big perk for us! Also, we were pleased to see that the boardwalk was usable after having been told it wasn’t. This made it extremely easy to get out to the beach! There was plenty of sleep space for 9 families. There were a few things that made it not a 5 star stay. The first being that the pool was not usable until our 4th day. It was green and had debris in it and just did not look clean. I reached out the first day and we were able to get the pool company to come out to get it going. It was just unfortunate that it took 3 days. Another thing was that there was a smart shower system in one of the master bedrooms that was not accessible to guests. We found mold in a couple different spots and some of the sinks were slow to drain. The elevator not working was one thing that we were told ahead of time that would have made it a better stay. All in all, it was a really good beach house that suited our needs and we were certainly able to enjoy our trip!

Overall a very good and fun house. It needs maintenance on some things. If you plan on cooking bring your own pot holders as there were none. They said they are going to fix the pier. If you want a hot tub this is not the place it never works.

The property had a beautiful view and wonderful beach access, but several issues made our stay difficult. The elevator was out of service, which was especially challenging for our group (ages 40–80) as we had to carry luggage and groceries up four levels—something not disclosed in the listing.The master shower required a digital control pad, but no instructions were provided, and our calls for assistance went unanswered. There was also no information about garbage pickup.Improvements are needed in accurately describing the property, providing instructions for appliances, ensuring timely communication, and including basic information such as trash collection. While the location was lovely, these issues significantly impacted our comfort.
