Spacious N Wilm 4 BR w/ bright, open. kitchen

Visited the area to see Mom who is in an assisted living facility. The home gave us the space to have all our family together and Mom had wheelchair access easily. Beautiful home even though some renovations are ongoing. Great stay we will be looking to book this home again.

The photos are a good representation of the amazing property except they don’t do justice to the very peaceful neighborhood , porch and yard. Our family enjoyed sitting on the front porch for hours. The kitchen is huge and generously equipped . I liked that there were not pages of instructions and warnings posted around the house. My only other experience with a house rental had so many notes that it made me feel intimidated and not at all “ at home.” Because of that, I had been reluctant to try a house rental again At this property, I felt trusted to figure things out and welcomed.. I’m so glad I had a new and better experience here. On the other hand, we could not figure out how to turn on the gas fireplace which we would have enjoyed during our rainy stay, or how to turn on the lights strung above the fire circle in back yard. Now, how to raise the exhaust fan on the kitchen range and keep it there was very tricky, but our family had so many laughs figuring it out.. Andrew , the host, was very quick to answer any questions before and during the visit.

We traveled with a large, multi-generational family group including several couples and small children. The four bedrooms accomodated our group of 11 perfectly. The house was very well-maintained and kid-friendly. My elementary school-aged children loved the lofted beds, rope ladder, toys, and books available in the bedroom, as well as the basketball court and play house in the back yard. The large, open kitchen and dining area was perfect for family meals. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils and cookware. The appliances were all high-end (though it took us a little while to figure out how to control the fancy oven and stove!) Check in was easy with electronic entry, there was ample parking for all of our vehicles, and the location was convenient to visit our extended family in Chester County, PA. I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a place to stay in this area.

We had a great time this weekend. The house was as described. We had more than enough room and space for 5 women. The extra large kitchen and dining room was where we spent most of the time. Location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. We had a lot of fun. Liz was a pleasure to deal with. Always got back to me quickly when I had any questions. Would definitely rent the house again.
