The property must be occupied for the entire rental period by the Guest signing the Lodging Agreement (Responsible Guest), and all occupants of the Property shall be supervised by the Responsible Guest. The Responsible Guest must be at least 25 years of age. If the party is made up of unrelated individuals (a group rental where the Responsible Guest is NOT the legal guardian/parent of any other guests), ALL guests occupying the property must be at least 25 years of age.
We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards and eChecks for your initial deposit. We also accept personal checks for final payments. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30 days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card. You will be provided a link to a Guest Portal where you can securely make your payments online.

ALL other fees and the rental amount will be charged by the management company and paid to the management company. This home is truly set up for large multi- generational families. Generous living space in a great room layout means we can be together even when doing different activities. The kitchen is open to the dining and living spaces so the cool doesn’t get left out! The open second floor with beds and a huge comfy sofa gives a place for the teens and tweens to call their own. The game room... simply amazing. We had a few rainy days at the start of our stay and the game room was a haven where or tween organized a tournament! This is the only house we have ever stayed in that has enough dining space for the beds!! How wonderful to all eat at the same table. We love this special spot and plan to return as long as we can!

This house is amazing. Perfect for larger or multi-family vacations. The layout of the home provides private bedrooms, each with King Beds and beautiful views. There is no undesirable room. Our son loves sleeping in the crow's nest on the top floor. Walk out decks abound. Dave and Lisa are premier hosts, always available and responsive and eager to ensure each renter experiences a perfect vacation. They have taken extra measures throughout the home to provide a home away from home feeling. Amenities abound including access to an amazing game room. Concrete walkway to the beach is extremely useful and makes the few steps out your door to the beach even more convenient when transporting beach equipment. We have looked for 8 seasons for the perfect home to re-rent year after year and we finally found it here.
