Beautiful/ Bright/Spacious 4BD/4BA South Philly home.

This space is very spacious and can house many people comfortably.

Nice apartment in a great location near Lincoln Financial and Wells Fargo! Walking distance to Geno’s & Pat’s. 7 adults stayed everyone had plenty of space, two parking passes and 3 bedrooms had their own showers. Kitchen was big and there was a cute outdoor back space. One of our best trips for sure!

Spent a week in Philly to visit with our son, see the Bananas, visit Hersheypark, take in a Phillies game, visit the Historic sites, Reading Terminal, take in a few museums, and enjoy some fine dining.... This place was safe and centrally located for public transportation, off street parking, and walkability..... totally enjoyed our stay and highly recommended!!

The fact that it included parking was big for me. At night, less than 1/2 block away you can park all night. Things were pretty close so we ubered to most things but at least we knew where our car was. The area is known as little Saigon with lots of Asian restaurants and businesses nearby but safe. Our only peeve was that the cleaning people did not do a great job on the kitchen living room but the agent refunded us for that faux pas and they came and cleaned the next day. The agent was on top of things and came and took pictures of the poor job done. One issue we had was flies and even though we all (including the agent) looked for where it had come from we could not come to a spot and yet we must have killed more than 8 flies on the first day. It calmed down after that . The house overall is well set up and we all enjoyed last spaces for privacy and a living room or dining room where we could watch the Olympics.
