Beautiful location. Great room layout.Beds are old and need update. Carpeting in hallways old and need update. Need more capacity for USB outlets .... even power strips would help, or bedside lamps with USB or similar.

We love Charlevoix and Edgewater in general. When I paid the newer higher price I expected something more, such as a screen slider that works or updated carpeting or new chairs on patio. Towel hanger in bathroom was broken and one bedroom light was not working.
